Beautiful
beach
but
gets
busy.
The
beach
itself
is
stunning
especially
first
thing
in
the
morning
and
at
the
end
of
the
day.
Early
September,
when
the
schools
are
back,
is
a
good
time
for
a
sunset
walk.
In
places,
it's
not,
however,
an
easy
walk
for
those
less
able
bodied;
the
rock
formations,
which
are
part
of
the
area's
attraction,
also
provide
a
challenge
to
get
to
the
sandy
parts.
Be
aware
that
the
north
end
of
the
beach
gets
cut
off
by
the
estuary
flowing
into
the
sea
and
it's
too
deep
for
most
to
wade
across.
Therefore
plan
which
end
you
want
to
visit.
Toilet
facilities
are
surprisingly
good
and
there's
usually
a
food
wagon
or
two
near
the
parking
meters.
In
high
season,
good
weather
and
Bank
Holidays
the
place
is
crowded
and
parking
becomes
a
challenge
so
arrive
early.
