    I worked 12 hour shift today so i decided to get a nice kfc for an easy tea for myself & wife. I ordered a 6 piece family feast bucket with 2 large gravy & 4 fries & a bottle of fanta this evening Friday 8th at 17.30 costing £14:99. I waited ages at the drive through approx 15 mins. I received a bag of food not a bucket. So drove home & wen we opened it up there was only 4 pieces of chicken instead of 6 & it was actually overcooked & greasy it was disgusting & was put in the bin even our cats wouldn't eat it. I couldn't be bothered taking it back after working since 5am. I will never eat in this restaurant as long as I live you should be closed down giving food out like that & not what i ordered fuming😡😡

    If there was zero star rating I would give it zero.The chips and the overall food was dry the only thing was right was the bottle of drink and the sweet chilli sauce that came with it . They didn’t have paper plates so they gave us paper bags as plates ,the place was a mess and rubbish everywhere.Worse KFC that I have been too.I would rather go to a supermarket and get a £3 meal deal.

    Came in for lunch. 20 min wait just to place the order (and we were at the front of the queue for most of that time). During that time, Manager said (twice) there were too many people in the queue... But they didn't serve anyone in the store. Took another 20 min for our food to be ready, and they got our order wrong (missed item and incorrect item). Fortunately it didn't take long to have these fixed. Food was tasty and hot. Just so frustrated by the delay! In their defence, they do have a small sign on the door to ask for patience. If it's up, don't bother!

    Very disappointing, we are not Fast Food customers and this will not entice us. Soggy chips, products been kept warm, not fresh, Tango that wasn't Tango, won't be back.

    The lady that served me was very pleasant & helpful but the food was awful. Chips were freezing cold, Diet Pepsi tasted of absolutely nothing? Think it needed changing to a new barrel as it just tasted of fizz. I also ordered 2 chicken wings for my pregnancy cravings and opened up 1 piece of manky chicken which definitely wasn’t a wing of any shape.

    Of the 5 or so KFC joints I've visited in the UK, this had to be the best. Perhaps coincidence or perhaps pride by staff, all the food was beyond expectations for a KFC. Was clean and staff was social. Not in that are much but I'd def frequent this one if I was.

    I love a KFC just like most people, but sadly every time I go to order from this one, whatever I ask for is out of stock. My wife and I don't go often, maybe once every 3 months or so and normally try to order different things in the menu, however there's always something out of stock. The manager is very rude and lacks basic customer service. They advertise products at prices lower than what they actually charge through the till. A lot of false advertising just seems to be allowed by local Trading Standards sadly... Won't be returning again in a hurry, hope for a change in management team to deliver a better experience in future!

    Went through the drive, got my NHS card out for discounts like I do every couple of weeks and was told I couldn't use it without the kfc app. I tried downloading it, even drove around twice through the drive through and in the end I paid full price as I couldn'tfigure out the app and neither could the cashier.l. Not happy and wont be back.

    Front shuts at 10.00 not 11.00 as advertised. Sent round to drive in by young lad working to be told by a very rude young lady that they only serve people in vehicles. Staff refused to take an order from me and others expecting it to still be open. I now understand why the reviews are so bad for this establishment.

    The worst kfc restsurant I have ever been in. Bullet points below: - The screens on the ordering stations were filthy as were the machines themselves. - staff were OK- no complaints - food was awful. Chips were overcooked, dark and tasteless - burger was greasy and horrible -even the soft drink tasted weird. - restsurant generally unclean I won't be eating here again and I recommend you don't.

    Very disappointing visit. I can see why this shop is quiet despite the hundreds of people visiting the retail park. Some pieces of chicken were not crispy as if they have been hanging round under a heater for ages. The skin and coatings were soft and very oily. Chips were cooked as expected and warm but having been given 2 x two piece meals all the chicken were drumsticks, no variations as one might expect. On requesting the possibility of having just one leg changed to a thigh or breast, the manager on duty simply stated they have 16 drumsticks to each batch of cooked chicken and what your given is what comes first. Since KFC has opened in the UK and despite thousands of visits I have never experienced this sort of response. The manager was polite but took no action to resolve the matter and seemed more bothered about getting rid of his stale chicken drumsticks. Very disappointing visit. Shall not be back to this ?restaurant 😩

    It’s a novelty to receive your whole order when going through the drive through. Numerous times theres been items missing and when theres cars in front and behind you its not always feasible to stop and search your bags to make sure its all there (not that you should have to). Funnily enough they never forget to charge the full amount!
