Great place to by home furnishings bedrooms bathrooms and kitchen items from sofas to blinds and bins they have it all in one place also the cafe is fabulous price for good coffee drinks and snacks, but also available to be used for clubs to meet up and use the space.

This Dunelm is a big store, lots of choice. Choose your visit time wisely as if you go at a peak time it is quite annoying as the aisles are really thin and everything feels a bit on top of you. The cafe is very slow with service so if there is a queue expect quite a wait.

Great shop and great value too. We came here originally to go to the cafe, but ended up spending quite a bit too as the had some great offers. You can get a lot of things here from kitchenware, houseware, curtains, duvets, lights, blankets, box's and a lot more too. The store is well laid out with plenty of room to get around and the staff were good too. Loads of parking and is in the same place as Argos,Costa and subway .

Airy, light and plenty of stock to offer! Much better than Dunelm in Cardiff as well. The Pausa restaurant on the second floor is huge. For £10.40 I got a large latte, a pot if tea containing two teas, a decent slice of apple pie with clotted cream and a nice slice of Sicilian Lemon cake.

Had French onion soup today with a lovely warm roll. Couldn’t have made better myself. I’ve had soup there before, different flavour and can’t fault them. ❤️

Popped in for some craft items decided to call into the cafe, I'm a very sensitive coeliac so thought l would only have a drink but the staff member sue and the cafe staff did me a bacon bap with salad. Really enjoyed this unexpected treat thank you all

2nd visit here, got some good offers on. Limited parking, cafe up stairs if you fancy a cuppa and a cake. Not overly busy, friendly staff nothing is not to much trouble.

After seeing a flower bouquet online, I was hoping to see it in store before purchasing. Unfortunately, they didn't have it displayed. They have a large stock and choice of well displayed household item's furnishings and furniture. Plenty of parking spaces are available.

The customer service here is very very good. I was looking for a particular item on the dunelm website and could not find it in store however the customer service person was able to locate the item using an ipad, checking stock level and discount deals live in store. Great service, and a great deal. Definitely worth a visit.

Love this store … always find things I didn’t even know I needed… downside is that I can’t resist and usual come out with far more than I intended to buy 🙈😍

A fairly large Dunelm shop selling a variety of household items, including curtains, rugs, lights, bedding, soft furnishings, kitchen and dining items, artwork and more. There is also a small cafe here selling reasonably priced hot and cold drinks and a selection of hot and cold food. There are also customer toilets in the shop. The shop is spread over two floors with a lift and stairs providing access to the first floor. The car park is shared with the other shops in the retail park but there are usually plenty of spaces here. There are a couple of disabled parking spaces and 'parent and child' spaces near the shop entrance. The staff here are usually very friendly and helpful.

So impressed . Went in to buy some bay curtain poles and curtains, clare g came over and asked if she could help, clare went above and beyond to help nothing was enough trouble , there was one query with the bay poles so clare asked another member of staff , a very good team and so helpful and pite

Visited this store briefly after ordering something for click and collect. I was immediately impressed by the range here. Good selection of products, clean and well presented. I’ll be returning to look around the store in more detail.

Always find what I'm looking for. Christmas gifts are starting to come in and love their Teddy collection(fluffy items) Onesies, slippers, and fluffy water bottles too, I highly recommend Dunelm been going there for years.

Went looking for a rug and couldn't find the one we wanted. We were asked if we needed assistance by a member of staff called Hugh and within seconds he found the exact rug we had gone there for. A big thank you to Hugh.

Well designed layout, easy to find things, couldn't get everything on my list for the new home, however they do have some lovely designs for the home.

It's an alright place. Gets busy quick on a saturday. Friday evening it was just me the staff and the tumble weeds. I had a good look round picked a lamp up for the wife. I returned with the wife on saturday. There was a sofa among a few other things there she may have liked. She found plenty of stuff she would have liked to purchase like the sofa. Unfortunately it got so busy we couldn't get a member of staff to help us. In the end we gave up and went home. I prefer shopping online it's less hassle.

Store having refurb. Will be nice when finished.
