    I have visited twice recently with awful service. The first we had to wait an age for our food and it was ordered via the app. When the food came it was dry and tasted stale. Awful food. The second time was mcs breakfast ordered on the app. When I arrived they told me there was an issue with the payment, then they overcharged me twice the amount! I told them and went through the order and they still maintained that it was correct. I had to park up to wait for the order, then they came over to tell me they had no eggs left! Mighty annoyed I asked for a refund only then to find out they had charged me for two breakfasts that I did not order! What a shambles. I am staying away, they are awful.

    No, Milkshake, No Coke Zero and NO manners. If you like sitting in a queue foe 20 minutes and then spending another 10 minutes at the “other” window, only to be told that “we forgot to bring your order but here it is now ( it has been sitting on the bench!) this is the dining experience for you! If like me this is less than satisfactory and you do not fancy eating cold McDonalds, be careful when requesting a refund as I was not able to get refund to my card, I was asked why I wanted a refund, I explained that I have waited long enough and don’t want cold food, what would you expect the staff to say? Sorry? No I got “that’s your bad luck!”, well Ben keep treating your customers like that and you won’t be busy for long!

    I don't leave reviews often, but this is the worst restaurant I have ever used. The staff are down right rude, they cannot read and follow a simple grill order and food is always cold when you receive it. This place has gone downhill big time, there are other McDonald's restaurants in the area which are a lot better

    Just been through drive through, £16 spent, the young girl with glassed s at the food window Lied, asured us order was complete, Inc sauces. Half was missing and no sauces. Really needs the franchise manager to teach In house completing a correct order, and tell their staff not to lie, 😡😡

    This McDonald’s really needs looking at. Since reopening after refurbishing nothing but problems. No fizzy drinks then no cold drinks and today no rage cups so ordered large meals with medium drinks and paid for just that. But no got medium meals and a happy meal short too. Think I’ll stick to Barry store from now on as run much more efficiently. Rant over

    This is a great fast food. The breakfast we had was great, love the hash brown. Prices were reasonable and food enjoyed by all. Staff were friendly.

    Picton court McDonald's run like a youth club. Death waiting to happen. Repeatedly told the person taking order NO CHEESE ALLERGY to be given cheese burgers. Rude staff, even told other members of staff to ignore my son. Given out drinks tasting of cleaning fluid when asked what was wrong they said they were cleaning the machine and still serving drinks out of it.even had the cheek to try pour more drinks out of a dirty machine. I hate to think how many people would be unwell off this. McDonald's isn't the Ritz but do expect a bit high standard than this. Like a really rough youth club

    Never had any issues that they have not Been Able to rectify for me. Whether I'm in store, driving thru, or having it delivered. I usually have my order right and fine. But when there has been issues, if you communicate it to them, they will strive to fix it or compensate if they can't fix it. 👌 Can't go wrong.

    If they could get our order correct, then I wouldn't mark it so low. But I can't remember the last time that every item was right. Also food is luke warm at best. If it wasn't for the fact that because of ill-health my wife isn't always able to cook then we wouldn't go there. But that's why it's called fast food.

    Worst experience ever. We ordered 2 spicy big tastys, 2 chips and 1 drink. We were given 2 bacon big tastys, 2 chips and 2 drinks. The customer service was horrible and there was no help or consideration for us being given the wrong order. The food we were given was awful, and I mean bad even for McDonald’s. Horrid experience.

    Had to wait 30 minutes for a fruit shoot for my baby while they was handing out fruit shoots to other customers. And to top it off we ordered 3 fries and they only gave us 2!! Terrible service!! Absolutely outraged! My partner is devastated feeling as though he has let our family friend down with their order

    Ordered on the app... arrived abd the app froze and would work depute restarting my device and when it worked i had to re-ordee as previoys order wasnt showing and no staff coming to counter. Stood at counter for ages and nobody came. Once I re-ordered i still had to wait another 30 minutes before I received our food as they were prioritising the drive through over those of us waiting inside!!! No serviettes and missing condiments. Very poor service and atmosphere.

    Absolutely disgusting place...food cold, overflowing dirty bins. Food all over the floor and left for people to walk through. Took meal back and waited for replacement but ended up asking for refund. All staff look like they are all still in school including the manager. If I could give no stars I would. Not the place it used to be.will not be going back. This place needs health and hygiene visit ASAP.

    We arrived at the speaker box and was told to wait whilst the other speaker box was fully operational. We waited 8 minutes and by this time a total of 6 cars passed through from the other speaker box . We ordered through the app however service was horrendous we had to switch our engine off 3 times in total due to the wait time being excessive . We were met at the first window by the team member called Enzo who told us in a rude and aggressive manner that we should of just waited! We Informed him that we didn't appreciate his attitude he continued to argue back in a disgusting tone of voice . We requested his name and refused to tell us at first . Manager was called and rectified the issue with no problems. This branch needs a review and audit in regards to operation under busy periods and customer service levels.

    Ordered on the app for food to br brought to a collection point. 40 minutes later, I walked into the restaurant to find out if they'd forgotten about me. The manager apologised and told me he was going to cook it fresh for me. 20 minutes later, I had to ask a member of staff to get him, and he had completely forgotten. Terrible service!

    We visited at a very busy time (between 12-1pm) and lots of students from the college were there. Despite this,the staff were still keeping on top of clearing tables and the place was very clean. We didn't wait long for our food. Our meal was lovely and hot and well packed. We ate inside and didn't find a problem when looking for somewhere to sit. I love visiting this branch of Macdonald's because it is very well managed and this shows throughout the restaurant. The staff always look smart in clean uniforms and always seem happy.

    Ordered for McDelivery. Order accepted. Delivery time repeatedly extended and extended and extended…. Tried calling the restaurant (if you can call it that) and repeatedly got no answer. In fact I was cut off after a few rings. Hugely disappointing experience and, after deciding what my family and I would like to eat, it is now too late to order elsewhere. Very, very poor service and some hungry people!!! I expect a full refund and the equivalent of my order amount to spend somewhere else where I am valued as a customer. Terribly frustrating and a poor experience!!!!

    Food is as expected from a McDonald's, not the greatest but you know what to expect. Unfortunately they seem to struggle to get your order correct. From missing bacon in a 'big tasty with bacon' or getting the wrong flavoured milkshake or simply not including everything you ordered (even though it shows on receipt & you've paid)... as per Beverly Hills Cop - 'they f@#k you at the drive through'

    Gone are the days of fast food restaurants. Prepare to wait 10 or sometimes 25 minutes for a burger and chips. Home delivery’s appear to have priority over in store customers. It’s a good idea to stand outside a restaurant and order a home delivery to you, it’ll be quicker than going in and ordering yourself.

    Drive through was quick as usual, however as I have a hearing disability I did have trouble understanding the person speaking to me taking my order, it didnt seem very loud, perhaps there should be a button for those hard of hearing. Just saying. Other than that it was speedy as usual 👍

    Very slow (15 minutes to prepare a breakfast muffin at 10 am) and it wasn't busy. Went twice over 3 days and the shakes were out of order whole time. Priority given to drive thru over walk-in customers is starting to P me off with McDonalds.

    Table service is always done last , seems like they focus on the drive throughs and pick ups first which is a bit unfair when you’ve placed your order before other people in the store.. have to wait longer than others and would be better if there was more people preparing the orders for the restaurant.

    Food was fresh, the teller got the order wrong but the supervisor was there to sort out the problem straight away. They were very busy but still just one off a perfect score is pretty good. Napkins and straws in the bag without asking. We'll done guys

    20 minute wait for cold food. This is not the first time. McDonalds has gone to the dogs. Seems the drive through customers are prority over guests in restaurant. I think they must cook loads of fries which often go cold before service.

    Order machines not working. All chicken off the menu as cooking facilities are unserviceable and coke tastes like water. Get a grip McDonald's and have permanent engineers on site if your equipment and tech is this unreliable.

    Three times I've visited between midnight and 1 am. The poor staff there constantly apologise for the long wait times. There aren't enough staff to cope at all. Waiting for up to an hour. Drive-thru queue ridiculous out on to the road. Nowhere to park. The orders have then been wrong each time. More staff needed at night for sure. Have not visited during the day.

    I have just been to the drive thru to get breakfast for x4 people. Unfortunately they said they don’t have bacon so no breakfast rolls and then had to change to the order. Got to the window to pay, only to be told that they got no pan cakes either! For such a big company and a busy place how this can happen is beyond me! I know this mcds isn’t a franchise so thought it would be run better! Also the amount of time the milkshake and soft drink machine is out of order is unbelievable.

    Don’t bother with delivery, my order (XJ62744862) kept getting delayed and also had a text from the Uber driver saying my order is delayed but will arrive soon. When my food eventually arrived all my food including my coffee was cold as expected. We had to put all the food in the microwave and couldn’t eat the chips as they didn’t warm up well so had to throw them out. They also forgot all our dips. To charge £3.99 delivery is an absolute joke. I’ll make sure I get my refund from Uber or PayPal. AVOID!

    Place is full of teen-agers. Ordered on the app. Had to enter the restaurant to ask where my order was after waiting half an hour in the van! They had no clue what my order was so showed them the digital receipt on my phone. Manager was helpful everyone else was clueless! Standard McDonald's experience really.

    Order and wait all at the same kiosk, making the drive through congested. Longest I've ever waited in a cue. Chicken burnt, hard and dark in colour. Chips cooked in old oil. Food just thrown into the bag. Absolutely terrible experience.

    Used the order machine inside, no receipt and far too noisy and crowded. So couldn't remember the number or what I ordered. Didn't get value for money, ordered a large meal deal and a large iced frappe. Looked like a medium/small. Won't be going again.

    Never got any mc flurry available drinks are all half full and flat. Chips taste like they have been sat there for over an hour and waiting for nearly 35 mins for food to brought to the car over all a pretty grim macys experience

    Drive through queue leading down the road blocking traffic. Decided to eat inside, only 4 machines and 1 counter, absolute chaos in there, machine didn’t print receipt, waited 20 minutes for food when finally got it was cold and they had run out of sauces. Girl serving wasn’t capable of smiling but don’t really blame her as looked like management was a shambles. This has to be worst McDonald’s in uk. Also car park is dangerous.

    The amount of times that this restaurant can't supply their own menu is astounding. They also shut randomly through the night.... Not actually 24h. Can't trust these guys to offer the service the brand expects
