DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - This is an absolutely dreadful company with regard to customer service and aftercare - I purchased some earrings last week from their MacArthur Glen store and paid by debit card and on the 2nd October an extra amount was taken out without any prior knowledge of why this was done. On speaking to a member of the staff at the branch I was told that I had underpaid and they had checked with their Accounts team and by law they could do this! What a way to run a business and on speaking to Customer Service at Uxbridge well I can't even put into words what the attitude was, so beware don't buy from this Jewellery & Watch Store! The amount taken out was minimal but it's the principle, what other customers have they done this to? Also they were in administration recently, only saying!

This Jewellery store is a lovely one in the Bridgend Outlet. They have many items at bargain prices and also a wide selection of all precious metals and stones. You will always find something you will want to buy at this Jewellery Store.... and some prices will fit most pockets these days, worth calling in.

My wedding ring was made in the wrong colour. Manufacturing issue, nothing to do with the store themselves. The women were honest and came up with two alternatives because the right colour couldn't be made in time for our wedding. They were all amazing throughout, helpful with every query and kept us updated. The alterative ring was perfect for the day. My wife and I are truly grateful for all the women at the store. 100% would go there for any jewellery or watches again, simply because they all care about getting it right

Walked in the store today to purchase a watch that caught my eye. Was immediately asked if I had a mask, I said no, and was asked why? I just replied with,"I'm just leaving." Your super rude member of staff needs to brush up on her people skills. Couple of hundred quid lost in seconds. I'll take my custom elsewhere.

I give 3 because at first the service was very good, I had a neck chain repaired £49.99 , it needed a new catch. I wore it twice and it just slipped off, they said I must have pulled it, they wanted another £39.99 and the lady telling me this wasn't very friendly or apologetic, she said I must have pulled in it . Disappointing
