Very polite, friendly, professional bunch. It seems each employee has their own specialisation and knowledge in different regions and genres of video games, making them all very approachable to get solid recommendations. The store is very well presented and the test console even worked! Furthermore, they had employees on the shop floor, not hovering around the till. I purchased a Nintendo Switch and they didn't make my feel uncomfortable when I declined the care package; (still something I'm considering).5/5 well done.

Great store, with knowledable and extremely helpful staff. Where sadly most GAME shops are now found in the back of a sports shop with limited stock, this shop is just GAME so it's got a great selection.

Bought this game for £29.99 brand new has not been opened since I bought It I have my receipt and they say on the phone I can't have my money bk and got to have a voucher not going to game to buy games ever again

Expensive in here but it's alright, not the best quality of products but they have loads of things to get, all different games and stuff, just a while lot of stuff, staff are really nice though, they're amazing.

These guys have been tolerating my "haven't a clue" for years, my children and husband have always been happy in the direction these guys pointed me. They make the whole experience of parting with hundreds of pounds much easier even when you knock an entire cup of coffee all over the place....

Good game store. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Some good multi buy deals on games. Prices generally are about what you would expect for new games so keep that in mind not a place to get big bargains. Nice to see board games popping up for sale as another hobby of mine outside of video games this is great to see. They do offer a reward card so if you shop there frequently you can get points to save.

Got my PS4 from here a few years ago and got great service so came back to get a PS5 recently. Still great service, they are very helpful and know their stuff!

Extremely rude woman who works in game I prordered ps5 the staff in shop sorted it all for me told me it was all preordered to find they had messed it up and not preordered for me when I questioned over this as it was their fault we were rudley spoken to no apologies so they take your money and treat you awful when they make a mistake awful service

Worth checking out prices as very competitive against other stores we all use, was very pleased with my items that I bought and I saved money which was a bonus. We should support these types of shops if we can as it's not all about buying on line. The staff were very helpful and understanding to my need and requirements.
