Overall atmosphere of Uptown is great. Wonderful community, great staff, attentive maintenance staff. But one thing to note is you can hear every footstep and noise from upstairs. So if you do not like to hear noises like that, make sure you’re on the top floor.

I just moved into a studio this week, and I already love this place. The studio layout actually feels more like a one bedroom since it has a wall separating the living room and “bedroom” spaces. When I moved in the apartment was spotless even though there was a previous tenant. 10000/10. The apartment complex as a whole is very clean and lively - the people I’ve met so far have been very friendly. It took me about 3 months of waiting to finally snag an apartment due to such high demand (probably because it’s so great!), so if you’re planning on moving to Uptown be sure to give yourself plenty of time.

Living here for a bit more than a year, now I can say how good it is. Never had problems, the management is always responsive, and the maintenance team is super fast!! The apartments are modern and common areas are beautiful and always well maintained. Prices are not the lowest, but I believe that we pay what we have. My lease will end soon and I considered moving but I couldn't... doing a basic research on metro Detroit area I realized that it was not worth to go. Not sure how it is for families with kids... There is not much for children.

I moved in to a 2 bedroom apartment here a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! It’s one of the few apartment buildings with no extra fees and most utilities are included in rent. The posted price of the apartment is the exact amount you actually pay each month, which is usually not the case at other places. The apartments are beautiful and the whole community is well maintained. The leasing office staff is very friendly and easy to get in touch with. The amazon hub lockers are a huge perk! It’s so nice to have a secure place for packages while also being open 24/7. The pool and grill areas have been amazing and aren’t usually too busy to use, even though there are so many apartments sharing them. Overall it has been great! No complaints at all!

The leasing staff at Uptown is absolutely incredible. Lee has helped me every step of the way and has answered every question I have had, truly going above and beyond to make my move as seamless as possible! Jesse (property manager) was also very kind and helpful during our tour. So excited to move into an apartment that is run by a team that truly cares about their tenants!

Lee and Jessica were so amazing!!!! Lee showed me the apartment of my dreams and gave me such an easy experience. I honestly wasn’t even planning on moving here but he made It well worth It. 10/10 experience!!

I’ve been here for year and it’s been a great experience from day one. Everyone in the leasing office along with management have been kind and quick to respond whenever needed. The maintenance crew has awesome as well!

I lived in this community for 2 years and everything has been excellent! Office staff are so helpful and so nice. Maintenance requests taken care of very fast, no matter the time or day! Very clean and beautiful property. Nothing will top this place for me. It’s felt like home, truly.
