    Both Soho and Salamanca studios are just terrific and more than what I expected. Every teacher is super friendly and very helpful. I was scared of spin class this morning but it actually was not so scary (was a little). I felt wonderful after. And with the lights out it was perfect to get into the zone (and so no one can see how pathetic I looked). Yoga is terrific, Barrecode my muscles shook like mad, and reformer will probably be the best for all my injuries. Overall above all expectations.

    I go to Reformer Pilates classes and they are a fantastic whole body workout! The instructors and friendly and easy to talk to. They accommodate my injury and help me make modifications where necessary. I highly recommend The Studio

    I was struggling with my back pain for couple of years and also visited a chiropractor who recommended light physical exercises. I found The Studio the best place to stretch and build my core muscle and improve my body posture. I take Reformer Pilates classes every other day, their timing and booking is super easy and flexible, instructors are the best and keep an eye out during sessions to fix any imbalance postures during exercise. I would highly recommend to give it a go if you feel any sort of uneasiness with your body muscles. 6 weeks of Reformer has got be back on my full stretch :)

    It's the best Gym that I have ever joined in Hobart. I joined the Reformer class, which starts my new life of exercising. It changed my healthy issues on somewhat. Sarah Kiely is very kind that she asked about my feeling after class. She draws attention to everyone so that I can exercise better. I should have joined The Studio SOHO earlier.

    I have recently started reformer pilates at The Studio after many years of no exercise. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful and I am surprised that I can manage to complete the majority of the exercises on the reformer. I look forward to my classes and Clain is excellent.

    I have taken both yoga and reformer pilates classes at The Studio SoHo. Enjoyed both, but my favourite would be reformer pilates. With varied exercises to strengthen different parts of the body and that you can tailor to your own capacity, the hour just flies by!

    I took advantage of the Cycle Flash Sale - getting 10 sessions for the bargain price of $99!! Over the next month I rode, sweated and smiled my way through Shenna's classes. Shenna will push you in each and every class with different rides, motivating tunes and inspiring words (its a love hate relationship with those hills - your legs burn but you cant stop!). The SoHo facilities are fantastic and the vibe is friendly. The cycle room was where I spent my time but they have several other classes (Pilates, Yoga, Barrecode etc) to explore if bikes are not your thing. Get in there - you wont regret it :-)

    I've just completed my 16th class, and have zero regrets for joining Studio SoHo. If you join, expect great instructors and a comfortable studio. There is a good range of classes to choose from.

    Been going to The Studio for a few weeks now and it's a great business to deal with. All the instructors are excellent and bring different perspectives to Pilates - feeling stronger after each session!
