My 11 year old walked in and said 'Mum, this is like Bunnings but better!' The staff were incredibly helpful with service and advice with a genuine smile, and Jacob even removed my cargo barrier so I could fit a jack and Jill seat in to take it home...above and beyond...thank you! My favourite shop ever!!!

I was served by Harry from hardware at Kingston. I called the store earlier and asked if they had garage shelves in stock. Harry checked stock for me and kept it aside. When I visited the store he greeted me by my name. I was amazed by the customer service. He helped me sign up to a Mitre10 rewards card and also assisted me with delivering the products I purchased to my car. Thank you Harry for the outstanding service. Quick, efficient and friendly.

I just came from Kingston mitre 10 they could not have been more helpful. I wanted a big pot the young lady in garden advised me as to what I needed then when paying I asked if there was someone to help me get my pot in the car "yes not a problem" a lovely man appeared to help me. Very friendly & welcoming, informative staff. The horticulture centre is top class - even bring the family to browse. There's an impressive Shade House with a huge array of plants. Staff are very happy to assist and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

The Garden Centre is the best around. Worth the trip.

Service at the front counter should be in the least an ok experience however not the case today for me. The dark haired girl at the registers was rude, grouchy and seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. Staff in the garden section however were most helpful.

I went yesterday afternoon to buy a particular size of structural flooring and shelving and Kirsty was incredibly helpful. Fantastic service.

Clennett’s Mitre 10 is truely the only place you should go for your hardware or plants! Great locally run business with hardworking and knowledgeable staff! Cafe is amazing sometimes just come here for lunch! I think you should help keep this tassie owned store on their feet and support them! A little goes a long way in tassie!

Garden section- So very grateful for excellent service from 'Alexander' in the Garden section. He patiently sourced a plant, a pot & a card to be delivered as a gift for a friend on anniversary of her Mother's death. Was polite, thoughtful & provided excellent personalized service. Thankyou for a really great service experience .
