A magical shop that could easily be a set for a movie! A friend told me I had to go with her and we took the trip to Latrobe. I had no idea what I was about to enter until opening the door. There are giant sized animals, human sized kings, secret doors into other magical worlds, a tardis that opens to massive dinosaurs, a full Alice in Wonderland experience, and even a cafe! I completely lost time while we were in there and immersed into the experience of awe and wonder. Left with a mini magnetic chess set for my oldest son with a beverage to go from the cafe. Now that I know it exists and the vast array of inventory that they have on offer, all of the unique homeware, gifts, and delights, I will definitely return and more than likely, with my family next time.

What an amazing shop. It takes pride of place in the main street of Latrobe, and even before you enter, you know you are in for a treat. From the get-go, I had no idea of where to look next - it was definitely sensory overload. But I was there to find the ‘rabbit hole’ that Alice fell down. And there it was. Even the Queen of Hearts was there. But suddenly I’m faced with E.T. and C3PO. But wait, not just one Santa & Mrs Claus but hundreds. By now you’re in love with Christmas again and around the corner are Dragons and Knights. Oh wait, there’s an African zoo collection. Right about now, I think I can’t be amazed anymore, and out pops a dinosaur or three. Ooh there’s a beautiful teapot from Beauty and the Beast. I feel like I’m still spiralling down Alice’s tunnel. OMG, you just have to stop at Latrobe and get your butt into this place. It is absolutely amazing. This shop is like nothing I have ever seen, a veritable cornucopia of every imaginable child hood dreamtime character and more. My purchase - a bag of freeze dried ice-cream. WOW, that stuff is awesome! YouTube  @jabindajoey  like & subscribe to follow our adventures around Australia

Let your inner child loose in this amazing store! Why it’s not listed in the things to do and see in Tasmania is hard to understand. Wow! A sight not to miss, something for everyone at all ages, gifts and games, puzzles, toys, books. The bathroom is definitely a must see!! The fun in exploring the themed rooms is so much fun. I didn’t get to try anything from the coffee shop, maybe next holiday. My husband and almost 2 year old loved it as well.

Obsessed with this shop. It‘s such a wonderland and everyone will be be able to find something here. The coffee and cookies are the perfect addition and the disco toilet is the cherry on top 🪩

Very novel place to visit. The original building was a ramshackle affair that was easy to get lost in; it was very enjoyable. After a major fire it has been rebuilt in a modern style, which is not as quaint but is far more accessible. The variety of novel and intriguing hobby, game, and gift items is astounding. Well worth visiting if you are travelling across the north of Tasmania.

It was the most magical shop! A little bit pricy, but it is understandable. They had some amazing secret rooms, like an Alice in wonderland one, a Jurassic park one, a hobbit hole, a space one, and a super creepy one with horror movie things, like "Annabelle" and possessed creatures. I greatly recommend! Amazing experience. There was also a large part with amazing kids toys and dresses etc. ❤❤

😐 My husband and I have been here twice. The first time we had nachos and loaded wedges, which were really good. No complaints at all. We went with some friends a few weeks later and two of us ordered burger, I the chicken burger and my friend a hamburger with the lot. Firstly, the "burgers" had slice...
