It goes worst and worst, the food is terrible, it used to be good, not ever again. Try to find the chicken in the enchilada, not chicken at all just rice and beans and in the nachos fries is the same, what a way to lost my money.

First time I have ever used a delivery service so not a cheap meal and the nachos were horrible. About 5 corn chips no sour cream, mostly black beans. Never again.

Love GYG but this location is by far the WORST. Ordered a chicken quesadilla plus in a meal. Got a plain one - no plus. That was after a long wait despite the store being really quiet. Had already walked across campus and couldn't return it. At least this one didn't look like the last one which seemed to have been packed by throwing it into the box from a distance. They seriously need to sort themselves out!

Ordered mini spicy chicken burrito bowl thru uber and I got the bowl mixed with little portion of chicken and fish. Is this the fresh food you guys serve people? When I called the store, they asked me to get a refund from uber. They did not understand my complaint was about the quality and their service and not refund.

Love Guzman y Gomez, however the Southport Village store needs some work. Ordered two regular burritos, which came out the size of mini ones, the wraps were very chewy and the rice wasn't fully cooked. There were only a few pieces of chicken inside. Overall, dissatisfying compared to every other Guzman y Gomez I've been too. Hopefully things will improve as it's a new store.

I am a huge fan of GYG but my recent experiences with this particular location has really put me off. I think the quality of the offerings have really declined - pots of guacamole appear and taste no longer fresh, pulled pork isn't 'pulled' it comes in chunks, and in general the flavours are no longer there; everything is tasting very bland. I do hope that this location can improve the standard, and soon.

I love GYG but unfortunately at quite a few stores recently I have had some issues with my orders from 4 other stores but haven’t had any trouble at Griffith. Shout out to the store Manager Lee for keeping a well oiled machine. Always a good bloke to have a chat with. Very personable and all his team seem to be well organised.

I been at Gold Coast campus for 2 years, I'm type of person has doubt when it comes to try new restaurant. All the time I was not sure about their food tasting how looks like. Today, I've tried this branch really they have excellent food in terms of portion, taste, freshness. For lunch, I had Burrito Bowel with chicken 👌, Tatiana, who served me, was very professional and friendly. Regarding service, food and price I highly recommend this restaurant.

Ordered the mini chicken burrito meal off the app. When I arrived they hadn’t made it yet and we’re out of chicken. I paid extra for guacamole and there was none and the chips were cold

Great tacos served there just maybe a little too much rice, however all is fine and absolutely tasty

The food is top-notch, 5/5 stars. The prices are a little pricey, also considering that churros are now $4 instead of $3. Also the closing times I have to give 2/5, since they close at 2:30. One of the schools nearby finishes at 2:00, and they are missing out on a lot of potential customers. Overall, very good store but they close very early.

Worst GyG I’ve had,&I frequently have burrito breakky,though not at this location. My partner had a hair in his food,our burritos were literally half the size as we usually buy elsewhere,&terribly wrapped, coffee was below standard. Wouldn’t hurt to be more friendly either!

Getting worse. Amount of toppings is abysmal. Pay extra for guacamole and it's nothing more than a teaspoon or so. My last burrito bowl was mainly just beans with rice. Your staff really need to pay more attention to quality.

Quick and well made food. The staff are nice, but could be a little bit more focused. Besides that, can't complain
