Poor
customer
service
during
the
evening.
I
went
to
this
Kmart
after
11pm
on
Friday
to
look
for
a
specific
bookshelf
that
was
in
stock
at
New
Town
according
to
their
website.
I
couldn't
find
it
on
the
shop
floor
&
had
trouble
finding
anyone
to
ask
until
I
spotted
a
young
guy
who
works
there.
I
asked
for
help
to
look
for
it,
he
couldn't
find
it
or
the
ticket
on
the
shelf
&
assumed
it
had
recently
arrived,
but
was
on
a
pallet
&
refused
to
double
check
for
me
if
it's
in
an
easily
accessible
location
in
the
storeroom.
Told
me
it
would
be
available
on
Monday,
he
had
no
pdt
to
check
&
couldn't
be
bothered
trying
to
look
or
ask
another
team
member
who
can
be
bothered,
when
I
specifically
drove
there
for
it.
When
I
got
home
I
used
click
and
collect
&
got
the
item
the
next
day;
it
was
ready
before
12pm,
so
it
was
there
when
I
came
in
the
night
before.
The
bookshelf
still
wasn't
on
display
even
though
I
received
it,
so
they
must
just
store
it
in
their
storeroom
&
not
on
the
shop
floor.
I
work
in
customer
service
&
would've
at
least
tried
checking
the
back
if
it's
there,
even
if
it's
on
a
pallet,
especially
for
an
expensive
item
to
get
the
sale.
If
it's
inaccessible
under
other
items
on
the
pallet,
I
would've
let
the
customer
know
&
apologise
for
the
inconvenience.
I
would've
also
found
a
pdt
&
searched
to
see
when
it
last
came
in
&
try
to
find
it,
but
he
was
just
lazy.
He
cost
me
two
trips
to
their
store
when
the
item
was
out
the
back.
Plus
this
guy
directed
me
to
the
wrong
location
for
another
item
I
asked
for,
so
he
had
no
clue
of
the
store
layout.
If
anyone
has
to
deal
with
their
employees
that
can't
be
bothered
looking
for
items,
try
finding
another
team
member
if
there's
any,
save
yourself
your
petrol
&
time.
I'm
giving
2
stars
though
as
the
lady
at
the
service
desk
on
Saturday
was
very
helpful
with
my
click
&
collect
order
&
the
bookshelf
is
great.
