This is my first time leaving 3 stars review,As i was a bit dissapointing with the service and coffee taste,the cappucino is weak and bland taste as my partner said,the cakes are a bit hard.

This is my favourite Starbucks store! Starbucks is my favourite thing right now, my closest store is 10 mins down the road at Robina but they always close hours before they are supposed due to 'lack of staff' even though there's always lots of people working so I've started driving almost half an hr to Southport just for Starbucks and the staff are SO friendly here! They put care into their service, food & drinks I will probably never go back to Robina again 😅 I come here almost everyday, thank you to the wonderful amazing staff at this store! 5/5 💕

So happy they put a Starbucks here – and it’s the first drive through in Queensland. Standard issue upbeat staff, and all the other great things you love from this company too. This location has lots of room to sit and chill and doesn’t disappoint. Pro tip: Bring a warm jumper to avoid the arctic temperatures inside.

Visited today at 1130 am for my regular coffee via mobile app. Raised the concerns with staff that the coffees that I have ordered last 5 days are not consistent! Same orders with different tastes every day! Was trying to give a constructive feedbacks but the staff who handed out the coffee was not interested at all. Very disappointed with customer service! I don’t want to give such a bad comment on Google but having no choice! Ryan

Wait times are stupid long. 20 minutes for a coffee at the drive through! Park your car and get your coffee 15 minutes faster! At all Starbucks you must get a salted caramel cold brew. This coffee defined the essence of what makes Starbucks stand out.

I come here via drive through quite a lot. But today really left me quite annoyed. Ordered 2 drinks and two food items ok no prob. Get to the window. Only to receive the one drink( I ordered 2?) in the wrong size as-well and the wrong food item. There is nothing wrong with repeating and double checking the order as long as it is right. I brushed it off today as the line was long and I didn’t want to make the people wait as the service was slow.

Really not happy with my service that i received yesterday, I waited 30 minutes total through the drive through. When getting closer to the window there was a male worker that was just standing there doing nothing. When i finally pulled up after another 5 minutes just for the person in front of me, i apologised and asked if i could take something off my order as my friend no longer wanted it. He scrunched up his face as if i’d asked the worst of him and then went around the corner and came back and shoved the eftpos machine in my face with no confirmation if i was still paying for the item that was no longer needed or what i was getting. I said i have my starbucks card to scan and he rolled his eyes and grabbed the scanner. After both scanning and paying for it i was the one saying thank you. He proceeded to try give me all my items at once and didn’t speak to me the entire interaction. Not a thank you, No i’m sorry about the wait. literally nothing. I frequently come to this starbucks and normally don’t mind waiting, but to be treated so rudely over a minor inconvenience and made to wait so long with no apology is unacceptable. Really disappointed with this.

Is it really so hard to get a consistent coffee - $8 for a coffee which I’m more than happy to pay but it’s never the right order! Can you teach your staff how to consistently make a drink

Very friendly staff, and also hard working. However, parking is minimal and the drive thru was busy and runs through the carpark, very poor design. Coffee nice, the sausage rolls were microwaved and therefore soggy.

I popped in here, just for a change of venue. And enjoyed the experience. The staff and premises were both inviting. But the coffee was a little different, to the coffee I enjoy at my regular coffee shop 😊

I was served by Jasmine, the nicest person ever. So helpful and friendly, gave me great advice on what to order. She was the highlight of my starbucks experience. Everyone deserves a Jasmine at their workplace.

Yester I ordered Caramel coffee frappe and it was supper good and I love it Today my sister and I ordered matcha frap and it was also delicious too, a bit sweet but really good. Haven’t tried the food yet Love the vibe here too. Staffs over two days are really friendly and nice Would come here again Limited parking unfortunately

I’m not a coffee fan but I got a white choc frappe and it was so good. They are good on time and freshness and they are a delight to have been served by the staff there.

When it's good it's good, but alot of the time they've made it on the wrong milk , or the cup isn't filled up to the top or its burnt 🥲 cost a lot too🥴

So disappointed, as the first time I went through I got told they did not do the strawberry açai refreshers and as I came to the drive through window the lady didn’t not read out the order nor showed any customer service. We then proceeded to pay without the lady letting us know how much the order was. The bagel was good but only had one tiny satchel of butter that we waited ages for (holding up a whole queue) with a tiny takeaway bag that didn’t fit the food. So annoyed as the food and drinks are great but always take so long with very poor customer service.

Great service. Fast drive they and very handy to get to on the way to work. The lady with the accent with brown hair in a plat that works on drive thru is very friendly. Oat latte one sugar is my order and it's very delicious.

Messed my coffee twice in a drive through order. Clearly ordered white chocolate mocha, gave me normal mocha both the times. Really careless 😕

They were fabulous until lately (november 2022). They never have what is advertised, the coffee is not the usual tasty drink. They never stir the sugar. We rarely go to this shop anymore, they say they are having supply issues. It s a shame...enjoyed is once upon a time.

Better than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. Hot and perfectly toasted panini and delicious Frappuccino. Friendly staff and was offered plant based milk instead of dairy when ordering a lactose free drink. Didn’t know it was a thing at Starbucks. 10/10

Amazing coffee! perfect location for me to stop on my way to uni! And staff are always lovely

I ordered a drink from Starbucks this morning and when I went to take a sip I found out that half of it had already been drank. I also ordered a white mocha and got a macadamia white chocolate drink. I’m not sure if it was a partners drink or not but I’m just confused why it was half drank.

The staff and service here is the best around. I have been a zaraffas fan till this week when I tried the Matcha iced tea it is the best and I usually drink coffee two times a day. The staff here are so good with explaining the questions I had about how the tea is made and its features. I can't go anywhere else now!

Pumpkin spice coffees are heavenly!! Pricey for a larger size but it awesome that they have almond milk and plant based whipped cream so I can enjoy things i never could before. They always ask names to start but never have or use your name so its odd. Also it gets busy at times and drive thru can be a pain.
