    Horrible experience here at nandos Australia fair. Ordered 2 burger meals, burgers came out after 2 mins but sat on pass for 5-6 minutes. I went and got the burgers first as after about 10 minutes we still hadn’t gotten any of our food. Burgers were rock cold. Took back to lady at pass and told her they were cold her response was “ I’ll change them” and turned around and shacked her head. We then got served heated up burgers 👍 most un-fresh burger ever had. Disappointed as normally love nandos. Won’t be back

    Burger was cold, like it had just come out of a fridge. Chicken salad came with NO CHICKEN and rotten salad mix. Meal for 2 cost over $70 — for cold, rotten food! Ordered delivery to hotel on a Sunday night, so stuck with an inedible, expensive mess and zero accountability from Nando’s.

    Our whole chicken was grilled in under five minutes over extremely high flame, and this made our food dry and chewy. The Asian guy behind the counter was very rude not helpful at all. Probably very tired. Touching his hair when he grilled the chicken. Wonder when was the last they had an inspection from council. Floors were very sticky, there were approximately four families occupying the restaurant, but dirty dishes from other tables were not removed. Not a good look really. We love Nandos, but just not this one!! We won’t be back

    On multiple occasions I have gone to either eat in or order takeaway and instead of taking my order at the counter the staff insist I use the app to make my order instead of helping me at the register. It has happened a few times now where the next staff member comes out and serves the group behind me instead of me while I’m fumbling with the app. It’s especially inconvenient when I’m on a limited time frame on my work break trying to make orders for my colleagues. The service is usually ok but there’s a manager at this nandos that has been rude every time I’ve dealt with her.

    Have been into this store a few times recently and have noticed that it may be under new management as most of the staff are very rude and quick with you (on all occasions I’ve been here, when I’ve always had good experiences in the past) & you’re forced to order in your phone rather than at the counter. Food is still bomb though. Very very unhappy with the service as of late.

    Order with the app, get drinks with the app, pay with the app, for takeaway and dine in mind you. You go out for dinner with friends family or a partner and spend half the time on your phone trying to order food and drinks??? Customer service is obviously a thing of the past… if the staff aren’t doing anything maybe you should lower prices a bit?? And “cash free“ which is just ridiculous. No wonder you can’t afford to pay staff to do things properly, you’re probably losing thousands by not taking cash. Absolute joke, I’ve seen better service at a McDonald’s

    The food is always amazing. And the customer service is too. Last night when my friend got his food but I was still waiting, turns out the order got messed up, but as soon as we made them aware, Will gave us extra chicken and 2 chocolate mousses for the inconvenience of us waiting. Will was so amazing and nice. Thank you very much.

    We had dinner here last night, ordered a lot of food and left with almost none of it eaten. The salad came with rotten lettuce, the burgers had stale buns, the corn was soggy, the chicken was cold and when I went up to let them know about the rotten lettuce (for no other reason than to avoid anyone else being served with rotten produce) I was met with a very snappy attitude. Who basically said there was nothing wrong with the brown lettuce and then snapped at me ‘well do you want another salad’. Absolutely not!

    Watching take away stream out the door while you wait 20 minutes for a lousy burger and chips isn't as calming and hypnotic as this Nandos might imagine. Didnt love the guy constantly running hands through greasy hair and straight back to food. Rubbery chicken, double slices of unmelted cheese and barely a scrap of sauce to make it edible. In fact, it was inedible. Lesson learnt guys, you're a waste of time and money, have unhygienic practices and cant cook. Why are you running a restaurant?

    Been ordering from here for a while now and I the food is always great but I just ordered chicken paella and I've never seen more hair in a meal in my life. straight up it's an unbelievable amount of hair and I can't even get a refund for the meal which is disappointing

    Enjoyed our time at Nando's for a wholesome meal! Food was fantastic great flavours throughout the meal, atmosphere was really good to. Looked like they may have been short staffed abit but who isn't these days.. All in all Nando's is the place to eat if your looking for wholesome healthy meal

    My burger was cold! I was so hungry today, decided to try for the first time in years this place, as I always heard Nando's was a great place, but I got really disappointed. The bread was not fresh at all and the chips were awful. The staff was nice though and the place looked beautiful (even though there were pidgeons inside on the tables).

    My partner and I dined here for lunch after a morning of shopping, as soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated promptly. Also we were told how to order with the QR code on the table or up at the counter. We ordered our meals and drinks which were delivered in great time. We ordered the peri peri chicken, sweet potato fries, corn cob and the double cheese And bacon burger. Everything was delicious and hot, I loved that you could choose the ‘bun’ for your burger I went with the toasted pita it was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and made sure that we had everything to enjoy our meals. Also they were very efficient with clearing tables after other patrons had left. All round I say impeccable service I couldn’t fault anything will definitely be back soon. Thanks

    Food and staff was nice, but pigeons flying about on tables and being chased out every 2 minutes. Wasn't nice looking at pigeons on tables whilst you eat.

    Absolutely beautiful food served by the master chef Dom and very helpful crew Glenn and Erina. I have been to many Nandos and by far this is one of the best thank you for amazing service will definitely come again..

    Came with young family on a humid mid 30° day for a quick lunch. We and the pleasant staff were battling the stifling heat inside though because the ducted air conditioning wasn't working properly. Something about it being controlled by Australia Fair management. This place needs some strong fans for customer comfort as a backup plan! We were told this cooling issue had been happening for several days. Service was a bit slow even though we were one of 3 small tables (heat didn't help) and only online ordering from the tables meant little contact with customer service. I miss Nando's chicken puns and quirky chatty banter with servers. Quality food though, once it was served. I usually get 'Hot' basted grilled chicken and it didn't disappoint. The potato fries were cold but cooked well and thr sweet potato peri peri fries were a nice change from the original. Have been a Nando's fan for decades but I won't be back here anytime soon.

    Dog food. Ordered via Uber Eats, missed garlic bread off the order (is it so hard to check orders?), chicken looked like it had been dug out of a dumpster and the chicken bread in pita was stone cold, despite being delivered early by the driver. Normally a fan of the franchise but will never order from here again. $90 bill for absolutely trash food.

    Asked for two sprites with my order-they weren’t rung up with the rest of the food. Asked for perinayse with chips, simply wasn’t given after multiple requests. Lady who was table running and kitchen staff were lovely though

    Fantastic service here yesterday, absolutely beautiful food. We both got orders that were slightly different to what was on the menu, and everything came out perfect, quickly and hot. Highly recommend.

    Still waitting for my refund. I went with my family for lunch. They had no chicken. There was no customer service. Plenty of staff but none advised us they have no chicken. Worst experience ever. Emailed head off for a refund is the best they could do but stil no word or reply of my refund.

    I've never had a worse food experience in my life. You make Taco bell look competent. Tendies that are not tendies, just tiny pieces of chicken. Forgot to put peri peri and salt on the chips. no peri peri sauce sachets at all, which wouldn't be a problem, if you bothered to put it on the chicken in the first place. How are you still in business?

    Sat down and ordered online to then be told by a staff member 10mins later that they had NO chicken left and asked if we would be open to something else on the menu.. happy to oblige and ordered some tendes instead. I then waited 50mins for my 4 tenders but not only waited but had to go ask how much longer my food would be to be told they are only cooking it now. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Cheers

    First of all have to order on the app apparently, not that big of a deal except you served the next 2 people at the register and they ended up getting their food before me because the app takes way longer. Oh and they don’t accept cash Secondly I ask for extra basting and receive none. Ask for bbq and mild basting and only receive bbq Customer service is dead here don’t come

    Place was filthy and they give me the wrong fries. The girl took them back to exchange and never came back. I had finished the rest of my meal and was still waiting. My wife says I think she has forgotten. I said surely not so I went up to ask where they were sure enough she had forgotten. Another girl give me them. I noticed there was a full tray and I said have they been there all this time. She said no I have just taken them out the fryer. When I tasted them they were sift and cold so she obviously lied. So all in all I think they need better staff.
