Ordered a Turkish BLAT with egg paid $7 yes was quick but no care in making it slapped together. Was the size of a muffin and looked nothing like picture or advertising. The burgers are getting smaller at hungry jacks

I called up to complain about a burger I was given. The Manager "Bodie" answered I was being nice until he said "stop being so indian i can't understand you" I was very rudley offended. Then he was very rude on the phone, he said he would throw the burger at me if i came back and gave it to him. I can't believe that someone that's so racist and incompetent is a manager at Hungry Jacks!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! IM CONTACTING HEAD OFFICE ABOUT THIS!

the worst HJ I've seen gave me service a person who does not have good service gave me old Chips I asked to change them. and they did not give me news the person who attends with a bad attitude his teeth look unpleasant they should have a supervisor who is attentive to what happens

I guess you can't visit Australia without trying Hungry Jack, just once. Just once being the operative phrase. So why wouldn't I go there again? Firstly the ambiance; the 'restaurant' is in the forecourt of a petrol station, not a good location. Secondly there is insufficient seating inside; there was also a driver inside from DHL when I arrived - he was waiting for a delivery barcode who stuck his dirty great box on one of the few available table - hardly hygienic! Next gripe, the service, the single male staff who served me seemed to have a wee bit of trouble focusing; he pretty much messed up my entire order - I wanted grilled chicken, I got fried, I wanted a coffee, I got a cola, and I never did get the receipt I asked for. There were also a number of other customers there with issues too; one having waited 7 minutes for an order they made. As for the food? the actual food was far less quality than the advertising alludes to and far lower than either MacDo or BK and this for a small set which cost A$11. In such a competitive market I am curious to understand why anyone would venture to such a place more than once. Had I know it was going to be as it was, I wouldn't have ventured at all, and would have eaten locally. My advice, don't bother to go here, not unless you want poor service, overpriced food that you have to wait an inordinate amount of time for.

Food is terribly cooked, fried chicken taste like it is fried and put in the bain marie 6hours ago. Pancake is so hard that your forks can’t even handle. If you want to start your day with bad food, come to this Hungry Jack

Ordered a family bundle with 2 whopper and they both came only with lettuce and a poor thin burger. 2 weeks ago I ordered one of the new big chicken burgers and it looked like a small cheeseburger. Definitely not what it used to be and absolutely never coming back.

Ordered a Rebel Whopper Meal as takeaway and drove off. While waiting at lights, I took a bite and found it tasted funny. Stopped at nearby servo to check and found my burger was burnt. How could their staff gave customers burnt pattie? Very dissappointed and disgusted.

Abosolute waste of money, Get charged full price $37.50, large whopper(with cheese)hunger tamer and a spicy chicken, Got home, standard whopper, chips cold. Burger cold, chicken cold. I'd advise to go elsewhere with your money then to be unhappy with your order

My partner and I thought we would order hungry jacks as we live down the road and felt like having an easy breakfast. We ordered on the app, however the drive thru staff informed us that despite our order having gone through our copy of our order didn’t show on their systems. We showed the drive thru staff member what we ordered and were asked to wait in the drive thru waiting zone, which was fine however it took 15 minutes for our food to be ready and in that time other people got served before us and the staff members attempted to give us the wrong order. When we finally got our order one of our items was missing. I don’t understand how this task was so hard? Do better.

Hesitating to even put up one star, I have never had an issue before at Hungry Jacks but couldn't even guess what burger this was. It was meant to be a Grilled Chicken burger. $9. One bite in and almost broke a tooth the chicken was so hard. But look at the chicken . I took it up to the counter to question what it was. 4-5 minutes i waited, while the burger sat on the counter ,being totally ignored . It was replaced after almost 15mins. This time it you could actually see the chicken. May be they need a manager or a staff member to check prior to wrap and serve . Chips cold ,customer service bad ,would not recommend. Toilets not maintaind not good enough. Just go's to show - THE BURGERS ARE NOT BETTER at this Hungry Jacks

There was hair out of hamburger, I called them and they answered asked for my delivery number. As I was trying to tell them my number they hang up on me, and they hang up on me again, I've called them for 8times they answered saying they are dominos pizza southport which is a lie. Than they said they will give free pizza if I come over to the restaurant, and I came over to the restaurant and the guy who answered my phone saying 'are you the guy?' And the manager came out telling me that they didn't answer the phone and don't know who answered the phone. This restaurant put hair on their food saying not single apologies and telling lies about their restaurant.

I placed an order through Uber Eats. The long-awaited delivery was someone else's order, not what I ordered. I was very hungry, so having to order again and wait again was a big problem. So I called, and a male employee answered the phone and I was explained the problem. However, even though I repeatedly explained that I had received someone else's wrong order, the male employee continued to get angry and ask if there was something wrong with my order. It's so rude. And in the end, after repeating rude words, the male employee hung up first. This kind of service is the worst.

My partner and I ordered 2 roadhouse hunger tamer meals with the chicken Royale side added on both and ended up with 2 chicken burgers, a cheeseburger, 3 chips and only one chicken nugget packet. Alongside this, my partners roadhouse tamer burger didn’t even have any bacon or sauce. I don’t understand how an order got so wrong. We are normally happy but this is unacceptable.

Im so sick of the poor service. Every time I order there, they get it wrong. I specifically ask them to repeat the order back to me and they still get it wrong. Having an alternative option for cheese or mayo is only useful when it is actually enacted. Paying the extra for vegan cheese or mayo only for the box to be marked, yet the cheese and mayo still be the origanal. Its both misleading and is ripping me off. I'm done.

00.15 am on Tuesday 25/7/23 The girl who take a order so rude. I Did order but got no recipe or number for me. When she call. I said i cant to remember what my number. You should to give me a recipe with a number on it. Than she say : Paper it finished!! Than i say : not my problem you should to fix it. Than she say not my problem either!! What going on???

Was on a fishing trip and needed some food. Decide to come to this exact store and withing 10 minutes of deciding what to order by ourselves, me and my friends were harrased, falsely accused, and threatened to have the police called on us. The manager on shift on the 27th of December, 4am accused us of smearing icecream on the window hours earlier, and pushing the cash registers over. Keep in mind me and my friends were fishing at the time of whoever did this did it. Terrible store and even worse service. Hope the manager gets fired.

Horrible experience we got given a vegan rebel whopper so discusting I rang an was told I the meal would be compensated then when going to retrieve the replaced meal was told by manager In a very rude manner an tone that No record was made an he would only replace the burger. Discusting Very poor customer service especially from a manager.

Customer service sucks! Our order was wrong, went back to the counter to kindly get it fixed. Manager Mitchell says 'LOL' at us, then goes to the kitchen area and says 'are they ever going to be happy'. Finally got the order back after a swift 20 minute wait. Was wrong again 🤦🏼‍♂️ Mitchell loves a cheeky grin while handing you food that's wrong. Ruined our beautiful sunset rooftop meal. Misso has been waiting for this feed all week. Sorry babe.

Ohhh my God that Pork Belly is nothing like it looks in the advertising literally 2 pieces of pork. Im still fuming was really looking forwards to eating it. Please resolve immediately its day light robbery THAT PORK BELLY IS NOTHING LIKE IT LOOKS IN ALL YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS NEITHER DOES IT TASTE GOOD!!

Another fast food chain too occupied with getting fast drive-thru times than good service I've been "parked" multiple times even when no cars are behind and they rarely get the order correct, having to walk back into the store to collect, this defeats the purpose of the drive-thru convenience

I ordered a late meal drive thru and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The meal was delicious. Scrumptious. Super exceeded my expectations. They must of put a secret ingredient in there coz it was very filling and we were all satisfied. Thank you. 10 out of 5

Went here at 4am this morning as I was starving and craving HJs I've come here a few times early as in the morning and I'm super glad that the guys here on overnights have delivered the best food possible Everything has been fresh and presentable quite literally every single time As a manager in the fast food industry, I appreciate that they live up to the standards of delivering great food even in the early hours of the morning, and as a customer I'd much rather wait 5 minutes to receive that great food than get the old stuff some places tend to do Nice work overnight team!!

Foreign guy on the drive through window is absolutely useless. gets my order wrong every time and always have an issue. an infant could do better. maybe put a different team member on as i believe he’s not made for customer service.

Dirty tables, dirty seats. Burger bun top piece hard as a brick, hashbrowns cold, soggy, untrained. Was clear the hash browns were stuck together peeled apart coating ripped off stick to other hashbrown stuck to the paper bag

We had a large order during the drive through late at night, came home to realise an entire meal was missing. Came back and spoke to the manager, he told us that it was a mistake and the meal in general didn’t get added on. Gave us the order and was so nice about it, was a pleasant experience. Fantastic manager and team :)

Came for a quick breakfast stop before movie world. Friendly service & hassle free meals. Loved the convenience and hash browns were fried to perfection! Mildly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.

The staffs are so unmatched and don't even look at the customer standing at the front counter. Always pay attention to drive through only every time I notice this kind of behaviour when I was trying to give orders in store.

Hungry Jacks delivered outstanding service when I received a Medium cappuccino instead of the Large I ordered. The staff apologized sincerely, allowed me to keep the Medium, and swiftly made the Large cappuccino. Thank you to the staff member for her exceptional service! :)

Wow, what an amazing Hungry Jacks. I'm 46 years old and went here last week with my 2 young boys. I was served by Oliver, a spry and keen worker, and I saw a lot of my boys in him. He provided us with incredible and outstanding service, showing class and manners taking our order, and demonstrating speed and efficiency serving us in what seemed to me like record time. The place was clean and tidy, and had a great atmosphere too. Never have I had a fast food experience this classy. I strongly suggest you give Oliver a raise for his brilliant work ethic.

Every time I order they get numerous things wrong and bits missing. Now after waiting 20 minutes on Uber eats. They randomly decide to cancel. Whoever is running this particular hungry jacks needs sacking. Incompetence constantly at its highest

Hungry Jacks is always a favourite of mine, this store in particular is usually quite slow, and seems to always be out of stock in something. Customer service is good but always room for improvement. I do like the new upstairs seating area!

Great deck above the store with a view of southport. We dined in and purchased food. The Indian looking lady behind the counter wouldn't let my partner use the toilet. Very strange as we were customers and it was 11pm. The toilet wasn't being cleaned she just wouldn't let him go in. Would not return.

Look its a fast food joint. Hate to say it but the chicken in my wifes burgher was dry and the choc milkshake that she got was full of ice and my whopper looked like it was thrown together and the chips had way too much salt on them, so they were lucky to get 3 stars.

me and my friends went here for some food. SO disappointed in both the service and food!!!!!!! It took them 4 times for us to get the right food 😡. our friends ordered a tropical whopper and an angry whopper and received the tropical chicken and the angry whopper had no jalapeños. We ordered a double tropical whopper and only received a whopper. THEN went to order a chicken bacon and cheese burger and got two junior whoppers with cheese, took it back only to receive a chicken royale. WRONG AGAIN. The girl at the counter needs to be retrained!!! not happy at all…. will not be eating here again 😡😡😡😐 if i could give this store 0 stars i would
