    Woaful! STAY AWAY!!!! Honestly, I have no idea how this store is still operational. Do the management team even READ the reviews? The Kentucky burger looked horrible so I took it back to be remade, I was met with disrespectful care-free attitudes of the adolescent staff. I asked the front team leader "what is that?" Whilst showing her the burger, she replied with "I dunno" shrugged her shoulders, took the burger from my hand and went out back, then when she returned, she she said the burger was fine and tried to hand it back to me. I said "is this the quality I get after paying $30 for an order?". She rolled her eyes and said "I'll remake it then" and took it out back again. I waited 6 minutes for them to return with a new burger, only to be given what seemed to be the exact same burger freshly wrapped. Refer to the pictures below, you will see 2 pictures of a burger, one is before I complained, and the other is "the new burger". The "new burger" was cold and almost, if not exactly the same as the previous one. Upon receiving the burger back, I told the team leader "the moment you lose quality control, is the moment you start losing customers". She simply rolled her eyes and sarcastically said "have a nice day". Also the chips were unsalted and soggy, my packet included what seemed to be scraps of chips... They were disgusting, some of them were even burnt. The dinner rolls were woafully stale. The chicken lacked any flavour and was dripping grease. The only thing that was half edible was the potato and gravy. I would love to be there when this place is audited. THIS IS WHY YOU DON'T HIRE INCOMPETENT MILLENNIAL TEENAGERS TO RUN A FAST FOOD OUTLET ALONE!!! Currently I am writing this from the toilet as I am now feeling sick from this food.     Avoid this KFC... I had my worst experience ever in a KFC restaurant. Nuggets were burnt and completely dry. Fries were unsalted and had no flavor at all. And the chicken... oh my god. Take a look at the picture, the bread roll was even bigger than the chicken pieces. Besides that the flavor was plain.

    I had bad experience with KFC in Singapore. Over here, it’s not any better. The tenders box I ordered had tenders that were very tough, so tough that I thought they were uncooked. asked for some chilli and we paid for it - the chilli given to me was sweet chilli, I asked if there’s anything more spicy, I was given something yellowish which looked like mustard. It wasn’t spicy at all. We didn’t return to make noise though. No, won’t return again. Red rooster will satisfy us better.

    Ordered 2 lunchtime meals, very busy but food came out in a reasonable time frame. Sadly our chips seemed to be 'off'. Mine seemed too be very hard 'not the tasty flavour last time I tried KFC, my daughters chips were both hard and seemed also undercooked leaving us having to throw them away!

    I dislike putting negative reviews, but feel obligated to share my experience of this restaurant The customer service i received from KFC Australia Fair is appalling and ultimately disappointing. It seems staff are encouraged to have a bad attitude and bad behaviour towards customers and even goes as far as punishing customers by messing with their final order. The staff has gone as far as tempering the food’s quality and quantity. I’ve worked at KFC before, I respect and like the company, but this behaviour is substandard and needs to go. Judge by yourself or head to Ashmore or Surfers Paradises to see the difference.

    Clean store, fast service, and always busy. One thing I like is that they have serviettes, cutlery, and wet wipe towels at the counter for you to help yourself. There's nothing more annoying than having to ask for more serviette or wet wipes. At this store, you don't have to.

    When I went to order, took 5 minutes for someone to show up to take it. Even after taking it and already paying for the food, I was told they ran out of the chicken, and only had the chicken tenders and wings left. So I asked for wings, but instead, I got tenders: and only three small pieces at that. For the gravy and mashed potatoes, didn't even get the usual spoon and tissues included. Definitely not worth my time nor the 11.95 I paid

    Useless team of children working, standing around and doing nothing when they could be serving and packing food. I only ordered a large chips which could have been packed immediately given they had a full basket of freshly cooked chips there waiting to go. Instead I had to wait an unreasonable length of time to get my chips whilst the employees who were packing food worked their way through 3 or 4 large orders in front of mine. Good hospitality practice in fast food is to get the smaller orders out first while packing the big orders. The guy on the till also looked new and had no idea what he was doing and wasn't receiving any help. Below average and I probably won't visit this store again.

    Whenever i go to their store. They always run out of chicken and burgers. Staff is soo rude and aggressive should teach them manners also kfc should make laws for their staff. Most of the time they stop taking orders before 1 hour. Specially today i went to their store to place order but their manager said we closed and his behaviour was soo inappropriate like he don’t know how to talk or i felt like he never went to school. Even it was still one hour left.

    Pettit dark hair lady @ front didnt ask me never ask what I want for replacement as they run out of coleslaw she decided already what to give me ask for cups and plate she responded they dont have it no options given Very bad customer service she needs training I always order at kfc never came accross with staff like her , if I ask for cups and plate if they dont have it they tell me alternatives but she never say anything unfriendly poker face. ordered 11:09am friday 11Th November

    The staff are lovely. Today they had chicken fillets only, in place of original chicken in a three piece box. The chicken was good and moist, but the breading was sooooo over salted, it ruined it, the recipe needs adjusting seriously. The chips were not cooked enough but I find the chips at all KFC's not great, and usually over salted for me.

    Ordered a “Original Tenders Crunch Bowl”, when I got the order, it only had the tenders and salad. Went and asked for the corn chips, the lady said it doesn’t come corn chips. She even checked with her manager. I had to show them their own menu to prove there are corn chips. Gave us 3 little corn chips in the end. Pretty poor and don’t even know their own menu (including the manager!!).

    One of my favourite KFC's. Since I only ever order a go-bucket, I've never had my order messed up. I like how they have the digital screens that customers can order on, I hope it takes some stress off the staff. One time, when I got to the store and ordered a few minutes after it opened, the lady behind the counter was really nice and let me know there would be a wait - which I was completely fine with. Was very nice when I received my order too, gave me plenty of napkins lol.

    Part of question how much did you spend well just $11 for wicked wings takeaway order” this incident happened today @ 12:09pm 20th of March 2023 there is one of those ( there are 2) lady staff attending orders line up filed up she doesn’t care I was waiting over 10mins or more for my order in between interruption she gave 3 mistake order for a few customers but maybe considered if her action she’s In hurry BUT she keep yawning almost fall asleep in front of the food I was disappointed I ask a refund and tell the manager that your staff still sleepy and NOT capable to work today. Why not send her back to home and let her sleep how embarrassing that actions to think there are more jobless that need to work this time. I’m Not impress hope the management of KFC in Australia in general should look into it. It’s Not fair to the. Client as well the person who want to sleep!

    Please avoid this store. Ice cold burgers with freezing patties. Wish I had chainsaw to cut through, let alone teeth. After one bite, asked to make again but same story. Had to throw away my burger and went to kebab shop nearby to complete my lunch.

    I as Driver with no much time to seat around and weit , ordering my food online and suppose to come in and pick up the food , not here . I am weiting 20 min before I become explained it is no food I have to be patient 2 more minutes. Conclusion , KFZ app going to be ERASED and I am going to find other food supplier for those days.

    The staff had no attention to what they were doing. I ordered a large zinger burger combo, with an extra side of wings. Got my order, had to ask for my drink. Sat down an saw they hadn’t given me the extra wings for my friend. Then went back to change my small fries for the large that I had ordered, as my friend an I were sharing a combo. The chicken was the darkest I’ve ever seen. Someone needs to look at this kfc. Change the oil as old oil is dangerous. And train or add more staff to this venue.

    3 staff at front counter, 1 taking orders, 1 packing orders and the other doing nothing but talking to staff and ignoring customers lined up and being served by the one staff (No name tags). Ordered 3 piece box, got my drink and waited. A few minutes later the guy that served me said “ohh I forgot to tell you it’s a 20minute wait on original recipe. I could swap it with something else and only a 10minutes wait. I said no I’ll wait for what I ordered but asked them to bring it to me as my family were already seated and eating other meals out of earshot. The server said no we’ll call it out. I said I won’t hear you our table is there and pointed to it, I said I’m not standing here for 20mins so he agreed to bring it to me. 23mins later I went back and my order was served. The staff were all chatting to each other and didn’t care less about service.

    Food was okay but drinks and service was terrible. First they had run out of Pepsi max and didn't tell us till we had our food then we got solo instead but upon drinking it, it tasted watered down and gross so we had to go back and get a different drink again. I suggest putting more people on as it took 20 mins to receive food cause there is only two people in store

    Refused to serve me unless I used the app even though I was at the counter at the pos, eventually they relented and served me as I had legal tender and was ready to purchase.I was asked to use the app, move out of the way to do it and as I never used the app I had installed before I forgot the password, it was time wasting and stressful even though they were serving other people at the counter at pos, I felt uncomfortable for myself and other people, maybe even older people who don't like apps, I would have been refused service if I did not persist and ask for the manager. Now what if I did not have the app at all, and did not persist? I would have been rejected as a customer.I don't revolve around their service and system, I turn up to buy at the counter as I have the LEGAL RIGHT to, as anywhere in the centre, also what if I did not have my phone,and why should I have to dig my phone out just to play with some buttons standing at the counter when I am there quite literally to be served, no one else was. Also be careful of splintered sheared bones due to bad butchering techniques. A health hazard.Having to spit out chicken to chase the bone. I won't bother with this again, will go onto pizza services, more respectful reliable and safe. I have been a customer in this shopping centre for thirty years, and occasionally like the taste of KFC, but I will not do this again.
