It's definitely finger lickin good 😍🍗 The staff are very accomodating,the place is clean and well managed.The food are well prepared and well cooked and very delicious.Car park are available and drive thru.Will come back again soon.Thank you to all the staff and owner of this branch.We had a good time tonight,dining here.😊

I think the photos speak for themselves... Absolutely one of the worst pieces of chicken I have ever ordered. No problem in taking your money at full price yet not receiving the full price value in the food. There is an element of trust you have in receiving (at minimum), decent food after handing over money, that most people work hard for, and when that's gone who is held accountable???? KFC huge company that will never be accountable for substanded food but hey had to write something after the disappoint..... Again! ..

Absolutely the worst KFC ever. Second time to this store. First time ran out of potato and gravy. Today we got a 6 piece pack which consisted of six shriveled up bits of chicken: 3 wings, two tiny legs and the world's smallest breast. Chips were stone cold. Horrible experience.

Overall, KFC is a solid choice for fast food. The chicken is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly. I have high hopes that the gravy will eventually be available in a large tub. Cons: Food can be inconsistent

Overall the chicken was pretty dry and shrunken. How does a 6-piece get 3 wings!? Do better KFC Ashmore or the photos will keep coming!!

CAMERON!!! ASHMORE STORE Wow - I ordered through app, BUT I'd had a few bad deliveries in a row - so I called Ashmore store and Cameron answered and I asked if he could do his best on the delivery tonight because of recent orders - even though I could tell he was busy as it was loud - he really listened and when the food arrived it was perfect! I'd nearly forgotten what I liked about KFC chips.. now I remember! they were Awesome! so bravo to Cameron who personally packed it! Thank you!!!!

I ordered 10 sliders from KFC Ashmore, and the chickens they have put inside is really small, it’s not even the half of the bread. And very less lettuce, and less sauce. Zero star rating not gonna lie.

Just ordered food through ubereat and I may as well have order boot to chew on. Food including chips was cold, chewy and stale. How hard is it to make fast food fresh based on the order. Staff could be ashamed of serving that food

Quick double lane drive thru. Staff seem friendly and efficient. Food was fresh. I ordered the chicken tenders, they were very small compared to what I remember them being but still fresh and delicious. I will return as I now live locally.

First they couldn’t find my on line order then forgot to give me my coleslaw. Chicken was not a good size and chips were cold. I give them one thumbs up 👍

Worst customer service. The sizing of the tenders is absolutely ridiculous for what you pay for. Chips were horrible and soggy. This isn’t the first time this store has been disappointing.

This is for all KFC stores. Why are all stores so filthy? It seems nobody ever cleans. Toilets are disgusting. Floors are always dirty. Tables and chairs are always messy. Maybe the staff need to be taught how to take initiative and clean when it is quiet instead of standing around talking.

Second time at this KFC the first time I took the food back as it was disgusting. Thought I would give it another go tonight, got a 3 piece pack. The chicken pieces were tiny and looked like they’ve been in the oven for a week. So dry and shriveled up and so dry that even the skin wouldn’t come off. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

The kfc is always really fresh and the wait is never that long. The staff are really friendly also. The venue is kept really clean and there is plenty of parking outside. Situated behind the fuel station. If you love your chicken then this is the place to go. The sliders and zinger wraps are pretty neat.

Bought a zinger box & the burger had a patty the size of a nugget on it, also specifically asked for wingets & not drummets that for some reason they put in instead of what's actually advertised and still had to check to find that they had 2 drummets in it, so had to hold the line up to get that sorted. Overall the foods good when you actually get what you pay/ask for but damn they're really getting slack. For a $20 meal it feels like a kids meal

Just bought some chips and one of the chips smells like human feces. Honestly don’t know how it could smell so horrid. I come here all the time and am very nice to the staff regardless of how blunt they always are including the managers. What a shame

Ive not had a problem thus far,, BUT I strongly advise everybody,,, CHECK YOUR ORDER EVERYTIME B4 LEAVING, as u dont want to get home etc:: find out its wrong!!!!! I park my car in carpark and check my order without fail then if ok I leave, I do this with every drive thru or go inside

Worst KFC on coast been here 4 times now because of convenience every time they have ran out of chicken (how is that possible?). The chips I have ordered on those 4 occasions have been cold and tasted like they have been sitting in warmer all day. I will not give them another $

Staff are miserable, chicken is shrivelled, old and chips half filled.

In the past the food has been good, but lastnight the meal I ordered the chicken pieces were small, dry and tasted like cardboard, disappointing really, as a family we don't eat alot of fast food but when we can afford it, we choose KFC because it's our favourite. Management need to monitor their product and make sure it's of the highest standard. The service was good though just not the product. We'll try a better store next time.

have dinner here. the recipe chickens shapes and size are so different, and dine in area is not very clean. Staffs are nice and friendly which earned one more star otherwise i was going to rate 3 stars at the beginning.

Stopped for some pop corn chicken and chips. Food was hot and tasty, service was friendly and fast, site cleanliness very average, squashed chips and wrappings on the floor, tables not wiped down. Its seems to be a common problem with KFC. SITES ARE DISGRASEFULLY DIRTY.

Awesome work, KFC Ashmore. I accidentally ordered online at the wrong store, the young man working was super helpful, him & his manager were able to process our order without too much fuss. They were so understanding. Thanks guys

We came in for some quick food around 5:30ish just as it was going into peak hour and we were served by a blond, 17ish yeah old boy with the name tag Cash, and his till name was Alex. I’m not sure which one he was but I wanted to come on and pinpoint how lovely he was, he was so smiley and polite, he was very attentive and quick to serve us. He didn’t stand around and wait while we decided on what we wanted, instead deciding to go help out the FOH team and help tackle orders. Our food was very quick and fresh, order was exactly what we asked for even with the added sauces and things like that. I wanted to put this up in the hopes that he gets told about his effort and clear work ethic for someone so young.

1 Star because I love Wicked Wings. -4 stars because I didn’t get them in my meal. Zinger Twister box had two packs of uncooked chips and a dry piece of chicken. Colonel Burger Ultimate box had the burger, with dry chicken, uncooked chips and a small popcorn chicken, no potato and gravy. Sitting in the drive through, opening every box to check the meals is an inconvenient drive through, these mistakes are a frequent occurrence so unfortunately that’s what will happen from now on.

Not only did they mess up my simple order after I repeated it twice and then had them confirm it at the window but I also got food poisoning and had to leave work missing out on a days pay.

Had the best wicked wings at this shop today Sunday 27/12/2022 2pm. Not sure if they got someone else on the cooking and marinating of the chicken or something because usually the wings here had been pretty horrible, but today it was really juicy and flavourful amazing

I used to think this kfc in Ashmore makes better chicken, omg today was very very disappointing & a waste of money! Ordered several pcs of hot & spicy chickens only which I didn't get. Your chicken was full of flour no where near crispy (nor spicy) nor fresh! Hey your kfc fans know what to expect from kfc.

Super disappointed! The chicken is undercooked and not crispy at all. You can see wet batter when you bite on it.and they didnt give the 2 sauce that is supposedly included in my meal. Zero stars!!!!!

As soon as I walked in I could see rubbish, empty bags, paper, and old chicken everywhere. Couldn’t even find a seat because all of the tables were all atrocious. Bins were overflowing and customer service was adequate at the mose. My order was wrong and when I told the cashier she stared at me like I had done something wrong. Eventually, a nicer man remade my order but my overall experience was horrible.

Staff member Ava is absolutely amazing !!! Perfect customer service. Every time she gives us our food it is always 10/10. she deserves a raise
