Where do I start? Worst gym ever, they dont care about their customers and just rip them off. Terrible service and facilities weren't clean a lot of the times. THey also started charging my account months after my membership ended? Even after explaining the issue to them, there has been no response back from this franchise. You guys have no care at all for members of your gym. I would warn anyone looking for a gym to avoid this one....

Last year I made a Flexible subscription to cancel it whenever I wanted, but when I had to unsubscribe they told me I had to give two weeks notice and we had to pay sixty dollars more. 😞 I paid 200 aud for the flexible subscription. The truth a sadness a beautiful gym fix that please 😞.

Don’t trust this gym. They began charging my account when they opened this location and I hadn’t been with Plus Fitness since before COVID! The staff don’t care and when it comes to queries about payments/charges dont hold your breath on getting a resolution. Dishonest business. Don’ sign up.

Super friendly staff and environment. They just had some upgrades to the floor so it feels brand new again! Love coming down for the morning classes. Good range of equipment. Members don’t make you feel too intimidated but the upstairs area is perfect for those who like to train with a touch more privacy.

Top quality gym! I have been going here for over a year now and the facilities are always immaculate and never too crowded. Leila has done such a great job creating the community feel. Not to mention the weekly price is so affordable. PTs Carolina and Jay are fantastic if you are wanting extra motivation. Highly recommend!

As a fitness professional, I can say that this is probably the worst franchise I have ever been to. Not only are they not clean but this gym continued to charge me without my consent. This has never happened with another Plus fitness before and they aren't responding to me to rectify the issue.

Equipment is great however the water pressure in the men's side could be better. There is plenty of room in the changing area that could be used for another shower and toilet. One shower and toilet is unrealistic given the amount of people his place could potentially hold at any one given time

Amazing gym!!! Great equipment, clean, awesome atmosphere and friendly helpful staff!! With no lock-in contracts and only $13/week I would highly recommend Plus Fitness Southport to any one looking for a new gym!

Joined recently and loving it! The gym is super clean, freshly renovated, good choice of machines, and super friendly staff and members I've been having really good workouts and glad I joined!

So happy they have reopened after relocation. It's by far the cleanest gym I've ever been to and you won't find friendlier staff anywhere else. Heaps of different equipment and I really like the ample parking spaces 👌

My favourite gym I’ve been too. I was always nervous to be in the weights area at my old gym but the staff always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Gym is fresh and new with great equipment.

Visiting Southport for the weekend i dropped in for a session. Ettalong Beach is my local club. The gym had a very clean and relaxed environment. The equipment was top line and well maintained.

Just want to say that this gym is so enjoyable to train at. It's never too busy, the team are so amazing and friendly and all the equipment is so nice and taken care of. I have been a member of so many different gyms & I feel the most comfortable working out at Plus Fitness by a mile!

I joined this gym almost 3 years ago and I love it. The team go above and beyond for the members and the personal training is very reasonable (I go 3 times a week with a PT) Absolutely loving the new gym equipment and the location.
