Bunch of scammers, opening up gyms taking peoples money not paying out there prizes for challengers, than shutting up shop. All 5EF in brisbane have shut and these clowns are still taking money out of peoples accounts and when questioned you get no answer, or the we are not affiliated even thought it’s 5EF SOUTHPORT. If you go to this gym do your self a favour and leave before he rips you too.

Unfair treatment of staff from Goodna all the way through to Coolangatta! Prizes not honoured but still winners ad still used to lure in more victims. Alot of deceit and dishonesty and continue to take money from ex members bank accounts when the gyms have closed down. But the Owner keeps his wife's gym open at Southport 😑

I canceled my subscription over month ago and they continue to charge me. Even when i did the. right process to cancel. Terrible service. Worst experience in the world. I would never recommend this place. Be careful before you subscribe

Please note this review is not a reflection on the other 5EF sites, this is purely about Southport as this is their central and now only standing site left. 5EF opened numerous sites ranging from Gold Coast, Ipswich, Brisbane and Moreton Bay, these sites did not remain open for long - at no fault of the people running the franchises but what appears to be poor organisation on a corporate level. When these sites were closed, sites were given less than 24 hours notice, therefore all service consumers had minimal to no notice. Corporate demonstrated no signs of remorse to the major inconvenience that this caused, people access gyms to enhance their well-being and they had no regard to loyal service consumers. I feel a sense of responsibility to leave a review of the truth behind this poorly managed organisation so no one has to have such a horrible experience when you are trying to connect with a fitness provider to enhance wellbeing. 5EF lacks integrity, compassion and professionalism, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Disgusting. Would love to know how they can afford all this new gym equipment but not my last few weeks worth of wages 🤣 or the rent of our studio lol

I love my 5ive Element Fitness family. Not only have the team of amazing trainers been the first to make me actually enjoy going to the gym and working out. I have dropped body fat and gained muscle and have tried to get my body back to where it has to be and I’m happier for it. Also since starting I decided to inviting my sister who’s a gym nut but who I have a rocky relationship with, it has actually bought us a lot closer together as sisters as well as friends and work out buddies. Thank you 5ive EF !

I love my 5EF Family. All the trainers are super nice and helpful and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. And the most part is I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. And I am also seeing a big change in my body. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to start a new beginning.

Hands down best gym on the coast! The sense of a community vibe is incredible, everyone is so willing to help you reach your goals and it’s loads of fun doing it! The trainers are so insightful and supportive and only want to see you reach your best. If your considering changing your life for the better definitely check out this gym! ❤️

I absolutely love the 5EF atmosphere, workouts and coaches!!! This place makes you feel so welcome and they will go far and beyond to ensure that you achieve your goals. Since joining this gym I have become so much stronger, more fit and most importantly confident in myself and my body. Unlike some gyms, the membership prices here are very generous and the supplements available (through Herbal life) also enhance both your fitness life and daily life. I could not recommend this gym more, as I love every day that I get to come to gym and workout in this homely, fun and professional space.

5EF Southport and the trainers, Paige and Fletcher are amazing! I've been training in conventional gyms for a while now and was getting bored. My friend invited me to come with her and I haven't turned back. The structure of the classes are fantastic and always fun and the trainers push you to your limits. They also help with nutrition and mindfulness. The 6:1 personal training sessions that are offered are great! The trainers help you with technique and form and I can feel myself getting stronger every week! Thank you 5Ef! 💕💕

5ef is absolutely amazing!!! Has changed my life, mindset and the way I feel about gym and working out. The coaches Paige, Jake and Jade are incredible and make you feel apart of the family. Would recommend to anyone who has been struggling to start or rejoin the gym. 😁💪

My partner and I joined the team in July 2020- we haven’t looked back since! Caroline and Paige were our coaches to begin with and then we met Jake and jayde soon after: such a great team to train with! The classes are set at convenient times! This place caters for all levels of fitness and I just enjoy pushing myself even more each time I attend!
