I just can’t get enough of this store. I’ve bought multiple pairs of shoes, clothes and makeup. Why? The customer service is amazing! Everyone makes recommendations that meet your needs. And the shades of makeup are a brown girl’s dream.

I returned a pair of jeans by mail, not knowing it would take over eight weeks for the credit to show up on my card. Eight weeks really?!!! I also made an online purchase that was delivered to the store, and an item was missing. I picked up 12 things and a small pair of earrings were not in the box. The lady in the store told me to call customer service & customer service told me it needed to be handled in the store if it was delivered to the store..SMH Although they do accept returns somewhat easily, if you’re going to shop here, be very careful making a return and don’t do it via the post office and beware shopping online because they will charge you and not mail you things and give you the runaround in the store and on the phone when you ask where your items are or your refund. They also have a pretty strict pick up policy for online purchases that is 5 days even during holidays. They will return your items after that time period and you will have to order them all over again. Additionally if the Galleria location is the location set to fill your online order and their store doesn’t find the item instead of shipping from a different store they cancel the items. Sometimes days later. Seems like poor business if the items are still available online and other things are coming from multiple places to the store from your online order. Other stores have yet to cancel orders but the Galleria definitely does ☹️

Gentleman’s department has amazing staff called Cameron (or close) who came all the way to the end of the store to return my dad’s travel case! So very grateful

My wife bought two beautiful dresses to wear to a very special wedding. The sales person was very helpful. Then we enjoyed their restaurant.

The customer service is great but the store is very dirty. For the high end fashions they sale, can they please keep the floors and dressing room clean.

After trying to find a perfume at Neiman Marcus (horrible experience) and Saks (didn’t have the perfume i was looking) i decided to try Nordstrom. Big surprise when i saw the sales people actually trying their best to help and give assistance. Unlike NM, here everybody was relax, warm and smiling. I got my perfume and left happy.

Worst online experience EVER! I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift on the 23rd of January. Delivery time was 2-3 days. I said ok cool. Waited patiently and absolutely nothing! Tracking information was provided 5 days later. Needless to say it's been a whole week and the shoes still haven't arrived. Didn't know it would have taken 7+ days to deliver from one side of Houston to the next!

Love to come here for perfumes and clothes. High quality, and good prices. Staffs are professional.

This store could use some more customer service training. It was a Saturday morning, the store just opened a hour ago so was still nearly empty. My daughter suddenly decided to get loose and run down the empty isle; just as I was about to call her to stop, an employee came forward to stop her. Then there she went rolling her eyes so dramatically her head almost rotated 360 degree in front of my daughter. I didn't mind her stopping my running child but her altitude was something I believe any customer does not stand for.

I dont usually write reviews but the costumer service we were provided deserves 5 stars! I ordered the Creed perfume for my husband’s birthday that was not available in the store, it was estimated to be delivered before his birthday but it did not arrive and the tracking showed arriving late with no info of where its at, it was estimated to arrive 1/9 and its 1/13 and still no info with USPS! So we went back to the store and complained and asked to cancel the order. Vertika who is a nice lady at the Creed table, as well as Ed, the store manager went up and above to help us and were able to locate the item at the Nordstrom in The Woodlands and have someone bring it in person to the Galleria location. They even packed the perfume in a very nice way as a birthday gift for my husband and offered us a gift card and Vertika was very nice to offer me Complimentary samples as well. They did a great job!
