I
returned
a
pair
of
jeans
by
mail,
not
knowing
it
would
take
over
eight
weeks
for
the
credit
to
show
up
on
my
card.
Eight
weeks
really?!!!
I
also
made
an
online
purchase
that
was
delivered
to
the
store,
and
an
item
was
missing.
I
picked
up
12
things
and
a
small
pair
of
earrings
were
not
in
the
box.
The
lady
in
the
store
told
me
to
call
customer
service
&
customer
service
told
me
it
needed
to
be
handled
in
the
store
if
it
was
delivered
to
the
store..SMH
Although
they
do
accept
returns
somewhat
easily,
if
you’re
going
to
shop
here,
be
very
careful
making
a
return
and
don’t
do
it
via
the
post
office
and
beware
shopping
online
because
they
will
charge
you
and
not
mail
you
things
and
give
you
the
runaround
in
the
store
and
on
the
phone
when
you
ask
where
your
items
are
or
your
refund.
They
also
have
a
pretty
strict
pick
up
policy
for
online
purchases
that
is
5
days
even
during
holidays.
They
will
return
your
items
after
that
time
period
and
you
will
have
to
order
them
all
over
again.
Additionally
if
the
Galleria
location
is
the
location
set
to
fill
your
online
order
and
their
store
doesn’t
find
the
item
instead
of
shipping
from
a
different
store
they
cancel
the
items.
Sometimes
days
later.
Seems
like
poor
business
if
the
items
are
still
available
online
and
other
things
are
coming
from
multiple
places
to
the
store
from
your
online
order.
Other
stores
have
yet
to
cancel
orders
but
the
Galleria
definitely
does
☹️
