Gym it’s ok lots of machines the crew they are really nice and attentive hours need to change to close little bit late. Since I signed up on this gym the general manager was my first contact he is being a great example of leadership not just working weekends, being a coach, cleaning the equipment but seeing this today Sunday this dude also clean the parking lot I took this picture of him, to be honest he was all sweaty but he was ok cleaning having the parking lot clean 🙌🏻 what a example of great employee, what a example of loyalty to his company it is rare to have employees like this, I would like to know what is 24 fitness corporation doing for him for his family having employees like him make this gym better, great job 👏 men 🙌🏻👏

Good selection of machines and the night staff is caring enough. It's moderately clean, but if you're looking for a state-of-the-art facility, you won't find it here. If you want a no bull place to get gains at any time, this is the place. The equipment it somewhat old but very functional and does the job.

The staff can’t seem to open the doors on time. This happens 3-4 times a month where we show up at opening time and nobody shows up to open the door for another hour or 2. Everyone is stuck waiting in the parking lot. We’ve contacted upper management and they don’t do anything about it. Yes the price is cheap but half the time you don’t get to even workout.

All clubs need to go back to 24 hours operation The fake covid virus was your excuse to cut back your hours of operation. Time to uphold your contract of 24 hour operation. Or change the name to 12 hour fitness

Suleica was extremely nice and very attentive to my needs and goals, from signing up with a 1$ today until finishing the tour of the gym, very professional, sweet person, thank you for all the information provided! Including the Manager Lota, He is beyond a nice person, professional, detail oriented, I loved his suggestions, you can tell when you're around honest people who cares about you, nothing Else! Thanks for giving me the family vibe 😇 BEST ENVIRONMENT EVER 😍. Ishy

None of these locations are really bad!! As a member of 8 years I have see members tear up equipment and beat down the soap dispensers like they are in a rage!! The men are worse then the female members!! Slamming down weights! Leaving their trash and clothing in the work out area and locker rooms!! Why on earth would you leave your soiled underwear in the showers and locker rooms!! You’re nasty an you were raised in the woods! These employees are their to keep the gym up not become your personal housekeepers!! It cost money to replace equipment when you decide to it tear it down!! Some members urinate in the elevators! Especially the one at 5070 Richmond Avenue!! They aren’t paying the employees enough to deal with unsanitary conditions especially after covid!! But let’s blame 24 hour fitness for not teaching grown adults home training!!

It's an okay gym. Very small compact gym, basketball court is very old but i didn't mind. The equipment is meh, in between new and old. The gym is moderately clean.

Keep in mind when you cancel that it’s not actually canceled till you get a cancellation email. This location automatically renewed my membership which is fine but the same day when I called about the charge they lied to me by confirming it was canceled and that reimbursement was on the way. They stretched this 6 months then told me they could only reimburse me up to 3 months. Clowns work here, so just remember nothing is confirmed here unless you get a email saying it was done.

We hope that this site opens 24 hours a day or increases the number of hours it opens. I would like to continue here because it is close, but I will go somewhere else.this site. It's mellow and the staff was helpful. The reason I'm reviewing this low is because of the hours. It's called "24 Hour Fitness" and it shuts down at 9 or 10. Many of us have schedules that don't fit into most people's standard schedule. Between midnight and 3am is the only free time I get to exercise. If the clocks on this site go back, I will revise my review. I do not like to play on a site other than this one. I would like and hope that the working hours will increase throughout the week until 11 p.m. We all on this site hope that the working hours will increase. Here everyone is angry. We do not want to move between sites.

The gym is old and decaying. The showers are gross, the bathrooms aren’t clean, patrons leave trash on my floor. By contrast, the gym in the heights is new, shiny and spotless. I recommend simply driving 15 minutes down the road.

The 24 Hour Fitness facility located at Voss and San Felipe is excellent. The exercise equipment is properly maintain and lubricated. I teach yoga and the studio provides a welcoming and inviting environment. I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness USA since 2004. The General Manager and Fitness Manager are absolutely fantastic!. I thoroughly enjoy my time spent there each time I workout and teach gentle yoga. William Allan Kriysonis. PhD, National Certified Yoga Teacher, one of Houston's Top Trainers

Overall is a good gym to workout. Have the Required machines. People are there to workout which is great (u don’t see people filming for social media or stuff like that) staff are nice I gave 4 stars cause the lockers and restroom can be a little cleaner and 12 cardio machines are down :( But overall I like the place and I will continue coming

Today I visited this location to make a decision on a new gym since one of my fitness classes were canceled at Tru Fusion . I was a member of Orange Theory and Tru Fusion here in the galleria area. I need a closer location that I can have access to free weights and continue my fitness journey. I did my due diligence to research the gym and opt'd to get a free 3-day guest pass before committing to the gym. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone , instead I said " Hello " several times after meeting eyes with a gentleman by the name of Jason C who was walking right up to the front desk . He continues to walk to the desk with a cold stare and declines to answer back. I proceed to state my purpose at the gym. He tells me the location is no longer honoring " guest passes" . He tells me " This gym is for members only." WELL EXCUSE ME .... I guess I'm not worthy of a tour of the facility , to be given details on membership, or to learn what are my goals. I walked away. Thought about it and decided NOT to drive to Fitness Connection 15 minutes away. Instead I go back inside and speak with Lota , the manager . He was patient enough to hear what my concerns were . He did express that it was true that guest passes were subjected to approval. But we spoke about my background and what my goals were and he decided to validate the guest pass. He gave me a tour of the gym. We both found common ground that he knows some of the coaches at other Orange Theory gyms that I have went to and worked out at. The gym overall is outdated. BUT listen it will get the job done. I stayed for about an hour and a half. I'm going to get the membership because I need the gym for proximity. I've been spoiled by Orange Theory and got to realize everyone isn't the same. The message I want this establishment to take away from this review is that customer service is everything ! How you treat people matters. Everyone has a story and we're all try to swim upstream.

So grateful to have a gym where I can park right out front and walk in instead of multiple stairs/elevators/30 min commute from my car to my stairmill! Friendly, clean service as well! Spinning class is always fun and packed! Sad the daycare closed but maybe one day there will be a kids club. Lap pool is key and sauna is helpful. Basketball courts are always full and the zoomba class room is inspiring!

Compared to other 24HF locations, this one is the cleanest and organized. I'm not one to interact with staff but they seem attentive and take initiative to walk through areas and rerack equipment or restock the sanitation stations. There's always room for improvement though.

The staff is very helpful and Don (don't know if I wrote his name right) find a good plan for my family, the place is clean and easy to navigate. And the entertainment such as the TV and music are very pleasant and keep me focused on my workout. Thank you Don for being helpful and understanding to my situation. 🙂

This location has nicer staff than other locations. They are always smiley, and easy to approach. It's an older gym but it has what it needs, ppl are there for the right reasons, and they have general gym etiquette which is a MUST 👍🏼 P.s. I love the classes and instructors but the group X room could use an update and deep clean!

They changed their hours back in 2020 during COVID and still haven’t changed back to 24 hours. They close at 8p on Sundays which is pretty early for the weekend.

I worked out there for the first time the other night and overall I had a pretty good experience. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and got me set up fast with a membership. The gym overall is pretty clean minus a couple machines that didn’t work. The steam and sauna worked well. I went into a couple of the areas to see what they were about like the bicycle room, and the gym where they played basketball and everything looked good. my only real complaint is the area is a bit on the sketchy side. The parking lot was a little sketch, but I think if you go during the day you will be fine. Overall, I’m looking forward to working out here again.
