Absolutely love their food! Been here a dozen times with groups of friends. Always treated with great service including today until I was presented a misleading question. When having to pay for my meal she flipped the tablet around in order for me to pay and asked to choose one of the faces. My partner and I thinking it was to review the place (which we are very happy with), to which I was mislead to choose a tip to leave for the worker. Had it been approached differently I wouldn’t have an issue with it but with these practices to guilt us into tipping is a low ball move. Can’t complain about any other aspect, just left a bitter taste in me and my wife’s mouths.

I recently had the pleasure of trying out this food truck and was thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious – the burgers were cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable and I felt like I was getting a great value for my money. All in all, I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

One of TWO great food trucks down here in homestead (the Mexican one on 288th at the autoparts is pretty great too). Here they also have amazing specials and a $7 menu with lots of yummy stuff. My boyfriend and I come here whenever we don't feel like spending much and going out. 10/10, amazing Colombian and Venezuelan comida rápidas.

The hot dog was amazing, i order my without cheese and is great. Nice music, tables with tent… plenty parking.

Salchipapa sal - salchipapa!!!! I swear that sounds like it can be the lyrics to a new rap song. I ordered the salchipapa from here and some other things that I can't spell or pronounce... it's was chopped arepas, chicharones and lime with small pieces of fried cheese. Very creative and tasty. I ordered the apple soda and ooh, so good. The food is hot whenever I get it. The people serving could be more nice. To me it seems they aren't nice to black people from what I see, they're always nice to hispanics and then they are flat with any other race, but the food is good and my money is green just like theirs, so I continue to eat here!

Food is very good, it is delicious. The people are very nice and attend well. The burgers and everything about them are well cooked and are very tasty. Amazing and perfect place to come eat!

Unfortunately, this was a non-pleasant experience. I've had several Venezuelan spots, and this, by far, has been the worst representation of Venezuelan food. Everything was saturated in oil from being fried. Arepas and Patacons were awful. It was literally dripping grease and had that old fryer oil taste. The burger had a tiny patty, way smaller than the circumference of the bun that tasted like a frozen cheap meat. All the items have the same condiments.. Arepas, patacon, pepito, maicita.. Everything has the exact sauce, toppings, meat, and flavors. This is more of a spot to grab food late at night when you are drunk/high and everything else is closed. The employees are not too friendly. The truck is parked at a tire shop, with poor ambiance a bad setup, service is slow... I'll never go back.

Did not disappoint! The food was delicious 😋 service was great, very attentive. We will definitely return.

Horrible experience! The patacones were completely soggy from how much grease they had and the cachapa was also very greasy, to the point the paper liner they put in the box basically deteriorated into the food. Oh and there’s no point in asking for a side of sauce even if you’re willing to pay for it 😂

They were out of a lot of things. Then at the end I tried ordering some extra food and was told I’d be charged when she brought it. It never came and when I went to ask where they were since I was needing to leave she said they were almost right out. Starts to put it on her iPad to charge me and they weren’t even started. Saw the lady start to put them on the fryer. Really upset about the lie more than anything!

I absolutely loved the food. The service here is probably something you can’t see in other food trucks. I am completely in love with Aja.
