One if the poorest treatment plans and outcome I have ever experienced. My serious medical condition went untreated at the Cleveland Clinic of Weston. I saw one clinical doctor there with no follow-up, no referrals and no treatment. I also had an emergency visit that went untreated. The ER doctor spent 3 hours documenting his incompetence. Yet sheer incompetence as an institution despite their carefully cultivated image. They’re all about marketing. No doubt done some of the reviews see here are planted by the Cleveland clinic. I went to U Health Miami instead. They care and they act responsibly.

Front desk super slow specially digna Morales,she just seats there milking time pretending that she is keying the computer keyboard. Ince she takes a customer get ready to wait while she decides to let you go.

Awesome staff and facilities..The medical team is exceptional. The front desk staff is always pleasant and patient to.work with. I.am.always impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities. Everything is always kept clean and neat. I feel like the staff and medical team are always on one accord with providing stellar service to.patienrs and their families. Cleveland Clinic Weston is one top notch medical facility that never disappoints when seeking treatment for medical issues

Worst experience of your life. And they add surprise charges 8 months after you paid the bill in full. Worst billing department in the world

Well located in the west side of Broward County. If you are looking for excellence and experience, you had found the best medical group actually available in Florida State.

Our preferred hospital. Every hospital has it's issues. But here you can expect the best patient experience.

I think that this place their radiology department is way better than other hospitals and clinics I been to . I decided to schedule my mammogram here because at memorial hospital is a disaster with the waiting and the billing . I had two appointments a mammogram and ultrasound. I arrived on time and the mammogram was done at the time that it was supposed to be but for the ultrasound they had schedule me for an hour later . I mean it should have been back to back . I was unaware of this because the front desk person who schedules appointments didn’t say or ask me anything . I would have rather been finish back to back not sitting for an hour hungry by the way I had to step out to go eat because the waiting wasn’t good . I will not give this place five stars as it needs some work on the scheduling. I could have been done with everything an hour ago but instead I’m sitting here writing this review .

Beautiful day to take photos outside and excellent experience and attention inside the clinic. Staff is always so helpful and caring to make your nerves of clinics fade away.
