I don’t know if it’s sheer stupidity or lacking of common sense but when you make someone’s food it would make sense to put the food on top of something so it’s not touching the bare counter that’s dirty for everyone to see, especially the person you’re making the order for. At first i had no problem asking for another one, but it’s the fact the lady I asked gave me attitude about it as if I’m asking for something out of this world. This place is dirty and the service is getting horrible

Truly one of the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to They never have ground coffee packaged yet you got a grinding machine right in the front of the store but yet they can't grind down a bag of whole beans for you?? The place is filthy and the music is so loud That you can't hear yourself talk. The person in front of me had to repeat herself 3 times because the music was so loud. The 2nd time I've been to the store and it's a s*** show each time. 10/23/22 I don't know why I go back to this store probably because it's the closest but it never fails..everytime I go it's something. The language used by the girls behind the counter today was unacceptable...to use the phrase "my n**ga* is a complete disgrace and the fact that the manager didn't say anything is even worse. I don't care if your having a private conversation but when customers are there and can hear you..WATCH YOUR MOUTH!! Yet i should to leave a tip?? The only appropriate girl was the girl at the register..polite, friendly, respectful. This was it for me..I'd rather travel an extra 2 miles to a different store than continue to go to this store.

Came back and was disappointed. Employees need to be more friendly. We weren’t even greeted when we came in or got to the register. Employees just looked at us until we finally greeted them. Please talk to employees about treating customers better. Coffee is always good as are the donuts.

Those workers before six a.m they are fishing and they prepare coffee like rubber band and chicken croissant very nasty .

today my experience was terrible.. 1st steamer broken, 2nd charging me bagels that I did not ordered, 3rd I need to clean myself the table, 4 hot chocolate super watery.. I just put some pics

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE TODAY I ORDERED A TURKEY EGG AND CHEESE WRAP AND WATCH THE LADY PUT MY WRAP ON THE COUNTER WITHOUT A PLATE OR WAX PAPER OR ANYTHING. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND RECEIVED NOTHING BUT AN ATTITUDE AND DISGUSTING REMARKS FROM WOMAN ! I asked to speak to a Manager and she said she is THE SO CALLED MANAGER ! IM AM JUS ABOUT SICK AND TIRES OF PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING FOR AN HOURLY WAGE WHO DONT CARE AABOUT THE CUSTOMER.. THE CUSTOMER IS WHO MAKES IT POSSIBLE FOR A BUSINESS TO RUN SMOOTH AND BE SUCCESSFUL IN SPITE OF ALL THE BACTERIA AND DISEASES WE ARE TRYING TO PREVENT HOW CAN A PERSON SO UNPROFESSIONAL BE REPRESENTING DUNKIN DONUTS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING WHOLE STAFF NEED TO BE REPLACED

😿Second time there and regret it. Service is slooooooow and 🤷🏽‍♀️most customers aren’t aware of the rest of humans at this store waiting to also order.🤦🏽‍♀️ Going back to Sheridan store. 🙅🏽‍♀️

I order from uber they did a fantastic job of ordering my Donuts exactly how I want them thank you so much for your service

The problem is I always order bacon eggs and cheese on a plain bagel toasted dark 2old fashion doughnuts and a large hot french vanilla coffee I always say NO MILK NO Sugar but they always add milk and sugar and the bagel isn't toasted dark Im a really friendly guy and respectful no disrespect but the language is a problem

Workers are very rude and do not speak English then act disrespectful when they don’t understand you. Never have anything in stock but my main concern is the workers! They are disrespectful and not polite please hire nicer people who can respectfully take your order without complaining. Worst place I been to in my life please save yourself and go to another location the customer service terrible the people are rude

Horrible experience with the two ladies who just served me. If i can give 0 stars I would! I asked for a frozen coffee and they gave me iced. Told them I asked for frozen and she proceeded to tell me I said iced. They are spanish speaking like myself who is bilingual and she just did not understand me. I asked if it was possible to change for what I asked for frozen and was told no. Will never return to this location again! Horrible customer service!

I'm currently a patient at a nearby hospital & ordered food from this Dunkin on Pines Blvd & when I opened the bag, a COCKROACH ran out! Now the hospital has to deal with it too (potential infestation). This location should be closed until gets clean food inspection.

Typical rude , out of touch, out of taste latino staff....I'm going west for my DD starting today..had enough of unAmerican people being rude in our own country!! That said, they are the worst staff when it comes to have ur order served correctly, 3 times , wrong coffee , wrong bagel...but most important and like 5 other reviewers said..." Rude" , unfriendly ...(latino girls) .....and that said, there is even something else!!! at the moment that a young "lady" ( latino darker skin to be more explicit) calls a customer VIEJO, bcs she didnt like something the person said , that tells you how ghetto and non educated that young "lady " is, her vocabulary in spanish was even worst , really really ghetto , CHUZMA.....BIG TIME CHUZMA LATINA

Friendly young lady, she explained the dishes thoroughly. I had egusi soup and fufu (at least I think that is what it was) the first time, it was good but the catfish was better so tasty. My niece enjoyed her chicken and jollof rice. I was disappointed that there was no appetizer available. Finally, someone needs to answer there phone when customer calls.

This particular store is not worth going to. Last week at 10:00 in the morning they had no eggs, yesterday at 9:00 in the morning they had no bags, also the person that actually prepares your food does not understand English, such as "melt the cheese". Also at 9:00 in the morning they had no sesame seed bagels, last week they had no chocolate munchkins. As I said, not worth the effort.

They have this tomato pesto grill cheese that is to die for. It was so good.
