Previously a 5 star review, when I attempted to make an appointment for my spouse, Susana was very difficult over the phone. He has never visited the facility, but was apparently in their 'system' and she got frustrated at me for saying he was a new patient. She also did not want to create the appointment because I didn't have his policy number on hand, and I said he would bring the card with him to his appointment. Her favorite words seem to be "that doesn't matter" as that was her response to everything. When telling her the date of birth, I would have to repeat it three times as she would reiterate the wrong date back to me, followed by putting me on hold because "I was giving her attitude" and I was more than okay with speaking to someone else. I was on hold for 6 minutes, and I decided to call back. When I did someone else answered the phone and I heard Susana talking in the background about my attitude. Id like to also mention this was previously a 5 star review based on my annual visit 1 year ago, although the staff was slow (I had the 2nd appt of the day and they ran almost 2 hours late) they were still pleasant. Please have Susana take a vacation so she doesn't project her bitterness and frustration onto patients.

This place is a joke is a shame for medical practice the people at the front are extremely unprofessional and normally are rude to customers, they always has an excuse for their infinite negligence, extremely unorganized making you waste a lot of time before getting bad service. I went there on feb 28 to get some lab exams done, I sign up the form for lab work which track the patients coming in I was happy to see only there were 1 person before me, I got there at 9 for my surprise and after several attempts with the person at the front after 1 hour and 30 min I notice they attend some one that request lab work way after me!!!!, this was unacceptable and the front desk lady didn’t care about it and just quickly to handle back the refund for my co pay. They are used to attend patience as they where cows ….. The more the better (more money for them!!!) without leveling resources to make sure everyone get a professional service. By aware if you go there be ready for a bad experience.

I visited this clinic for the first time recently and was very satisfied. Professional and friendly front desk staff, the entire place is very clean, and felt very comfortable during my laboratory tests as well. It is convenient to have lab tests taken in the same place! All in all, I am grateful for the service provided!

This place is a one big joke/liar and the doctor is rude like he doesn't care when you talk about your condition. Also dont bother coming Saturday for lab work no one is there smh.

I have to admit that my experience in this clinic was not very pleasant, from the staff who work, to the way of working of this clinic in my opinion they are a disaster. When I went to do the labs, unless I complained so that they could take care of me, they didn't do it. I had an appointment for 8 and I ended up leaving at almost 11:00 am, not to mention that the gynecology department took me more than four days to send me the medicines to the pharmacy for a treatment I needed. Every time I asked what happened, the answer was that the medical assistants didn't put the prescription. I had to go personally to get the prescription and help me access the website to access my results because I didn't get help on the phone. I recommend this clinic, no, if you are thinking of attending here, I recommend changing the clinic. The work staff is useless here. Without a doubt, the owner should reconsider hiring new staff. It is a huge lack of respect for the patient.I don't recommend it at all. I put one star because if I don’t do it I can’t submit the review.

Dr. Padrón is the kind of Doctor that you rarely find, he is attentive, he look at the patient when asking questions, not like others that not bother to make eye contact looking at the computer all the time, he really cares about the patients and he is very professional and respectful also his assistant is very kind and she is in top of all your needs. In general the team at Fox Medical Center in Hialeah are wonderful and an example for all people working in Health care. Congratulations!

The clinic is pathetic, nobody help when you ask by phone some regular staff. I waiting for my test result from July 21 today is August 2 . I call to that clinic about my lab test the answer was if you have something wrong the doctor will call you. I recommend not doing nothing with this clinic

The waiting time for doing labs is too long, they scheduled me for my annual exam, I saw the Dr. really quick and then I had to wait for more than 1 h for the labs, and there was just a few patients. I almost have an hypoglycemia at 11 am because I was fasting. And I know that happen often, because my mom has the same experience every time she has labs.

FIND ANOTHER PLACE THIS PLACE HAS 2 LOCATIONS AND ONE IS WORSE THAN THE OTHER. I FEEL SO ASHAMED THIS ARE WOMEN WORKING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD TAKING CARE OF WOMEN'S HEALTH. DR FOX IS BETTER BUT THE OTHER DR I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS WRONG WITH HER SHE DOESN'T MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE SHE IS QUICK AND WHEN REMOVING MY IUD SHE HAD A NEW GIRL DO IT AND SHE TOUCHED A NERVE IT HURT SO BAD AND SHE SAID IT DOESN'T HURT THAT BAD SHE WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM AND THEN I REALIZED I MAY PASS OUT I WAS SWEATING AND SHIVERING AND WHEN I SCREAMED FOR HELP ALL SHE COULD SAY IS DON'T WORY YOUR NOT GOING TO DIE IT'S GOING TO GO AWAY! GIRL I WAS NOT EXPECTING TO DIE FROM AN IUD REMOVAL. NO WARNING THAT THIS COULD EVEN HAPPEN AFTER DOING MY OWN RESEARCH.
