Place is nice and clean but can't have the family over because they'll tow you car if you park on the side of the road, manager said that it doesn't matter if is Thanksgiving or Christmas you'll get your car tow if is 11pm or later, after that you can't even park in the office parking lot. How do i supposed to enjoy a Christmas family dinner?

The manager is a real piece of sh... something, can't believe someone as him is the manager. If you want something to be build or remodel you have to be on his good side otherwise he'll make you miserable living there calling the city on you. His brain can't understand things are slow because of the pandemic and the city is not giving permits fast.

Lot rent is super expensive, every year they raise almost $50.00, you can't have family over not even for 5min because they will tow your car and it was not illegally parked, my daughter came for 5 min and they took her car, they hired a company full of theives called eagle eye parking solutions, and they work along the towing company executive towing who will charge you $100.00 cash to release the vehicle with no receipt when their paperwork says $80 to release the vehicle while at the scene. They all work together to take money from the 55 and over community. And the Davie police department helps them. This place is the worse.

Excellent to live.

Spent a long time with some family in park west and it was a really nice stay. It's a really big space of land, clean for the most part and easy to navigate whether on foot or in a vehicle and scenic in certain parts. The houses are compact but cosy as heck and well built if I do say so myself. I enjoyed staying here for as long as I did, and aside from the on and off again gated part and some of the wildlife it's a good place to stay and/or live! Pictures are of some of the scene I mentioned and some other things of note, wildlife included.

Been here for about Half a year now and I must admit the community is what I was expecting and more very clean great neighbors and a good staff. And believe it or not a great H O Way with a president that actually cares about the neighborhood

Too much rental of houses to young people who make noise. The police are often present. Too bad it has deteriorated over the last few years.

My mom has lived at Park City West for about 7 years now it's a very good community.
