Love my home. I totally enjoy my friend ship with Donna the Community management and respect her opinion.

My home! Hard work and no play here! Dead kicked ducks on my roof from neighbor! Damages in excess of more than $5,000. Due to vandalism and theft. Vandalism to my Camry and my Volvo as well! Don't move here. Management has no control over vandalism and theives! Police don't either!

Very good clean area

They have a nice pool that is always clean everyday. Plus they have a really nice park with many fun things to do. This place is amazing

So disappointed. Office does not pick up phones and they don’t even try to communicate with you. Manager always try to make problems with clients and don’t even let the people wait inside. So disrespectful.

Theresa are so helpful. When Jeannie moved next door and decided my back steps were an option to sit on and sell her wares. Theresa was kind enough to drive over and speak to me from the concrete patio "Connie can you hear me" and Theresa could not hear my response! Donna and Bob a Staff member also did not know I know my complete home. Donna was Asking me silly questions like "Does your Utility Building attached to you home have a concrete floor?" Betty, Billy, Josh and Lisa across the street, held me down on my bedroom floor and stole so many of my narcotic medications. Date included. I watched prescription bottles be put in a plastic bag by Betty I watched her throw the plastic bag in the waterway across the street on 5th and 135th terrace. When Robert, Bob, on staff get his boat to clean paper and plastic a year later he found that plastic bag. With my name on prescription bottles. Donna Later called me and said."Connie a Resident said you are taking too many prescription pills!" Continuing to question me like a doctor would. I would not be surprised if Donna reported that to Davie P.D. I go to Board Certified Doctors Donna. I am drug tested ever month by blood work and Urine test. My Doctors are so angry that they included the DEA to report to. Saint Vincent de Paul, and Stanley asked me originally when Adult Protective Services were at my home in Shenandoah to make sure Residents and Occupants and roommates in Sunshine Village were breaking in and stealing my medications!

Am I trying to contact with White House or some village office? What am I paying a thousand dollars for every month? Someone needs to contact me. Someone needs to answer my calls. Disaster management

Donna made it happen. Now own a very nice unit across from my daughter. My rent in Pompano was going up by $300 for a roach invested studio. I'm very happy.

Donna is amazing! We were going to rent and she advised us and try and buy🙏 and we just got the keys yesterday 👍 she made the process so easy.... We still can't believe we now own🙏 Thank you 😊

The place is beautiful, always clean, one of the best village I have seen thus far, I just wish there was more parking, for visitors to visit there love ones.

Terrible place! The manager runs it like an prison! MULTIPLE SHOOTINGS! I DONT RECCOMEND! very unsafe! And the lot rent is outrageously higher than most!!
