I ordered on cinco de Mayo in the middle of the covid- 19. And it was ridiculous the staff were yelling at customers , specially this one tall white dude with a bunch of tattoos. I didn’t get his name because they were overwhelmed with customers. Which is no excuse because that is not how you provide customer service. I attempted to walk in the store to check on my order after waiting an hour and before I could walk in he yelled “you need to get out of the store now or we’re going to get shut down for having too many people in the store” . Worst experience ever, that guy should be fired.

Terrible!!! Would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered for delivery and it never came. Restaurant would not answer the phone and link on text kept saying it was on its way. Nobody ever called, texted or emailed to even say order was running late. Charged me anyway. Do not order from here!

We ordered 3 different meals... spent $30. We ordered 2 sides of sour cream. We ask for a 3rd and get told “you’ve already ordered 3 (untrue), you will have to pay for another.” This is after we were told to ask for any sauce we’d like at the counter when ordering since the bar was closed because of the virus. They also got 2/3 orders wrong. Horrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I wish I could give them zero stars! I ordered at 1:15 for food at 6:15. They accepted order. Charged credit card and then say order in process. Can't cancel. At 7:44 they finally say sorry, we don't have what you ordered so we will cancel. My sons birthday-all he wanted was tacos so why I ordered so early in day so would not be an issue. Then they make us wait over an hour and a half after our 6:15 time before telling us they don't have what we ordered. They don't even offer to give us anything else! We ordered beef and steak tacos for 6-how hard is that!! Tijuana Flats-Cooper City on Stirling just west of Pine Island. Don't go there ever!

Went on Cinco de Mayo. Restaurant was extremely, however our food came out fairly quickly. The burritos weren't hot. I spoke to the manager and they remade them. The margaritas were good and reasonably priced. 2 for $5. All in all it was delicious. Will go back again.

Ordered the smackin burrito and it was alright , it had like fried chicken chunks and the nachos came in a big portion. Food was average and the place was unique but not so much kid friendly. The art and menu names weren't kid friendly. they do serve alcohol.

There are good number vegetarian options here. There poppers are good. Staff was very helpful and walked us through all options we can try.

Wish I could say all was good we ordered Wings an a salad and I found in my salad a piece of metal wire which draped my mouth, thanks God I didn’t swallow or choked with it. This is the only time I’ve had a bad experience but it was a very bad one..

Always a great experience! The staff is super friendly, professional, and they take orders quickly and efficiently. Food is always quick to come out, and it's fresh and hot! Love coming here for dine in and take out, and they have customize options so you can get Veggie/Vegan options!

First time here, will definitely come back. Had the two tacos with chips. Everything was delicious. Just walked up to the register and said: First time here, I want tacos surprise me. I have eaten here many times and the food and the service are excellent. The staff are really nice and they go out of their way to make sure that you have a great experience.

My husband and I eat here often, usually for takeout but we have dined inside and outside before as well. The food is always good, and staff are always friendly. We use the app for rewards points, which add up to a free entree, and aren't location specific. I love their pico de gallo.

Used the website and take out features. Was very happy with the portions and the food was ready for pick up. Will order again soon.

Unfriendly staff with the exception of 2 individuals (a blonde girl who always smiles and remembers my order and the young blonde manager with the red button down who always are at the registers with smiles and go above and beyond when serving you Food is always cold when you get it and portions are scant. There is this one guy who Quick to rush you on a meal and with an attitude. No greeting or acknowledgement when staff pass you. It’s the closest one to my house.

Order takeout chicken nachos and two steak flautas, got home with the covered in pico and sour cream which was supposed to be on the side, go back they make a new one chicken nachos take them home and there’s no chicken in the nachos. Absolutely incredible

Everyone was super nice here. The cook came out and asked me if the food was good. The AM came and checked up on me to see if I needed anything. The food was great! I got the blackened chicken quesadilla with everything on it. I got some different sauces to try ( they have a hot sauce bar!). The ambience of the restuarant was neat too. Kind of reminded me of a bowling alley back in the day. My only complaint is the music was a little too loud for me but thats just my preference anyways. Excellent place. I'll be frequenting this location specifically alot more.

We haven't been here since last year. I ordered the steak flauta, and it was hardly no meet. I unrolled one of the flautas it had 2 tiny pieces of meat , the size of a chickpea and little cheese. Lots of tortilla empty inside 😔 the other order was a chicken burrito, lots of rice, and hardly chicken. Few were not clean, and the place was empty .

I believe you can tell a lot about a company based on how they handle bad situations. Last night, I ordered pick up through the website. I arrived home to my pregnant wife and the queso and chips were missing. That's what my wife wanted the most so it was very upsetting to have paid for an item but mostly that we didn't have the queso. The refund doesn't help missing of an entire item and the reason why we ordered here to begin with. I called in very upset and spoke with a manager name Matthew. He couldn't have been better. He apologized and mentioned there isn't anything we can do to help but kept apologizing, refunded one of my taco orders, offered to have me come in so he can apologize in person and offered a free queso next visit. It wasn't the freebies that had me impressed, it was the way he handled me as a very upset customer. He didn't make excuses, just said they dropped the ball and offered to make it as right as he could. I was went from being mad to understanding as we all make mistakes. Matthew mentioned the other store managers too just in case I wasn't satisfied. Matthew did an excellent job of taken accountability, apologizing, and doing whatever he can to keep me a customer. I will check the bag next time before I leave the store, but the way this complaint was handled makes me want to keep supporting this location.

Many years ago, this was one of our favorite places for a quick lunch or dinner. But then something happened and the quality wasn't that great, so we stopped coming. And now again, they've made some significant changes, the food is excellent, plentiful with lots of choices. As a pescatarian, I had a few choices and I would say even a vegetarian would find something to like.

The Lightly Fried Beef Flautas were awesome. Light Flaky and delicious. The service was great. Huge Variety of Sauces.

Decor is really awful. Very small space with large, miserable excuses for wall art. Paintings on walls are shouting "miserable." If I hadn't liked the food at all, I would not enter from seeing through the windows. I never eat in, only take out. They do have a variety of beer. Believe it or not, they even carry beer not made by ANHEISER-BUSH!

One of the best I have visited in the chain. This location made full tacos and the service was great.

Tijuana flats in Cooper City is always fantastic! The service is quick and they do a great job checking for refills, and making sure you have everything you need. They have a good minimal contact service flowing a good covid protocol.

My chicken tacos were delicious, like always. I also wanted to point out that the 2 gentleman working to ight were absolutely amazing, they were both attentive to the customers who walked in. Both had smiles and positive attitudes! And super nice. It's nice to give the recognition when deserved. I wish I would of gotten their names because they deserve a praise from management. Thanks for making this time a little bit easier.

Im extremely impressed with the level of service i received from the manager Chris. I was accidentally delivered the wrong order and when I called in Chris was more than willing to correct my order and make sure it made it’s way to me. A huge thank you! I was having a rough day and all i wanted was some tacos and churros. Thank you for making that happen and turning my day around. Its nice to know there is quality people and leadership out there. He still suggested a refund which was heart warming but im more than happy to give money to an organization that treats their customers this way, i wont be asking for any type of refund. <3
