What to expect from TAG USA. Answer is simple: Excellency, best customer service and people that care for your kids. That my dear reader, is hard, like really hard to achieve in South Florida. I do not say this lightly. For this a major shot-out to the people making this happening. Specially Mike, who took care of my chosen-one (baby girl) today. She was the first little person who picked up on how serious and caring was on her instructors and could tell right of the bat that they knew what were they doing. When you see professionalism mixed with well run ship. You know there is peace of mind for you as a parent and success is part of the equation for the well being of the kids that grow stronger in the inner believe. Knowing that they can conquer themselves but putting the hard work and becoming the best they can be. Coach's will polish them and produce something they didn't know they have in it. Far away from electronics and living life like we should. Making friends, building a team and if that its not enough here is the big one. They offer the secret formula to keep any relation alive: I call it sanity. On Saturdays from 6:30pm to 10:00pm drop your kids in good hands and run to have a good time with you better halve. If you do not use this wild card you will remember this review and wonder why things are like they are. Be proactive, get the heck out and enjoy while the kids drop their last drop of energy and sleep late next day. Magic formula? Noup, just use what you got and make the best out of it. I absolutely love this gym. It's the best one I've ever been too. All my skills have improved so much and I thank my coaches Osmary, Damian and Madri for always helping me. My favorite events are floor and bars. I can't wait to see how far I go in this sport.

TAG is everything you would want from a team teaching your child. They are very professional, kind, attentive, clean and on point. The owner and his family are A+. Coaches are very well trained and take good care of each student. Coach Paul specifically is an exceptional young man. In the short time my son has taken classes he has gained self confidence, strength, self pride and motivation to name a few. He looks forward to coming to class and Coach Paul is certainly to thank. These days it’s hard to find people who really care and understand that when you are a dedicated parent you want the best for your child. I believe in this team and their continued success and accomplishments at just that! I highly recommend this business and look forward to many more years.

By far the only gym in Florida that I will take my daughter to for her gymnastics training. She's doing amazing thanks to her coaches Damian and Osmary. They are incredible!

This is the best gym in South Florida. I am amazed at how much our daughter has improved with her skills. She is more graceful and elegant as well. They are doing a great job with her training.

My daughter has been at TAG for over 5 years and has loved every second of it. The team coaches are dedicated and caring- could not be happier that my daughter has found such great coaches. This gym is amazing regardless if your daughter is doing Rec or competitive gymnastics!

I have 4 children attending Tag since 2015. My 17 year old daughter was part of the Pre Team and is now a coach and my twin daughters started mommy and me at 18 months. Today my 3 kids train 3x a week and they love being there. They even ask to go every Saturday at parents night out. I'm a huge fan and appreciate their work. They are very serious, professional, dear to children and know how to plan the future of children who want to continue as athletes. As a family-run company (father and children who were all athletes and are every day at the counter serving clients and teaching), they have important values ​​to be shared with our children and coaches. I recommend that everyone take Tag classes even if they are not interested in being an athlete. It is an excellent sport to develop motor coordination, specific skills, body awareness and self-esteem. I see the amount of trophies they have, I see the motivation my kids feel every day of gym class and I feel proud to be there!

TAG USA Gymnastics is my family's second home! My two children are enrolled in Girls Advanced & Boys Tramp and Tumbling. We have had at least 10 birthday parties at TAG, and each one gets better and better. The minute you step into the gym you feel welcomed, clean and at home! The front desk staff Monika, AJ, and Michael (the owner) are all informative, helpful, and kind to every person who walks in the door. Every coach is knowlegable, encouraging, and great with the kids! My children have excelled in the sport of gymnastics because of TAG USA. The facility is unlike any gym you have ever been to! National championship trophies everyone, college & elite level athletes training all around the gym....its incredible!! My children love TAG USA Gymnastics and yours will too!! Thank you for treating us like family we love it here!

I have very mixed thoughts on this place. The coaches are very nice and have made my normally shy girls excited about gymnastics. We celebrated a birthday here and the girls running the party were Amazing! They helped me set up and made sure the kids had a great time. There are some issues that I have come across which lead me to dis enroll from the gym. There are no policies set in place depending on which person you get at the front desk you will get a different answer to you question. I have been quoted different prices. Some people at the front desk will give different discounts like siblings and first responders. I missed our last class because my daughter was sick. When I called to schedule this make up class, I was told they were busy and they asked me to call back. I work in customer service. I would not ask my clients to call me back. I would return their call. Since the class we missed was our last class, I was told I could only schedule a makeup, if I planned on resigning. I don’t feel like I should argue for a class I pre paid for. My daughters friend also went to tag, when their daughter moved up she received a medal. When my daughter moved up I was told that was not the policy and that they don’t give out medals. Tell that to a 5 year old. We signed our daughters up with 3 other families and we have all left dissatisfied.

The gym is fine, that is to say it is large, illuminated, and has very good space, however it has major flaws that can be corrected, it smells too bad, apparently no one cleans it, there is always water on the floor, on the chairs or the floor is dirty, a couple of days ago the instructors found a cockroach under a mat, which is not hygienic, the mats are always dirty and the carpets are full of crumbs, The mats are always dirty and the carpets are full of crumbs. Another thing that does not seem hygienic to me is that the instructors give classes with the shoes they use outside the gym, stepping on the areas where the girls do their training. The bathrooms are always dirty and smelly. Another thing I have seen is that some of the instructors seem to have no experience training children, they are disorganized and do not keep track of the activities.

Rude staff. My grandson is trying to open his presents for his birthday party and the staff is picking up his unopened presents and putting them on a cart to chase everyone out as the 12p to 2p party room reservation is over. Can't even let the party boy open his dozzen or so presents. noparty

TAG USA GYMNASTICS IS INCREDIBLE. The absolute best place to be. The second you walk in you feel welcomed & at home- always a clean and happy environment for families! My 3 daughters have been taking recreational classes here for a few years and have all just been invited to join PRE-TEAM! This is a huge step & honor for my girls & family. Every single coach at TAG USA is well trained, always smiling, extremley helpful and they all play important roles in my daughter's gymnastics careers. My daughters also have ALL their birthday parties at TAG USA GYMNASTICS, the parents and children always have a BLAST!!! TAG USA is the best gym out there whether you are looking for your kids to learn basic gymnastics skills, or build a gymnastics carrer, birthday parites, camps or just have fun and build some strength. Thank you for everything TAG USA we love this gym!!!!!!!!

Family friendly environment, the gym is great. I train with the trampoline and tumbling senior team and we train very well with coach Brooke. She pushes us to not only be better athletes, but learn that competing is not all about the victory. Monika at the front desk always greets me with a big smile, which puts me in a great mood before training!

My kids come to practice gymnastics at this gym 6 days a week, 3 hours a day. Their growth physically, mentally, and in their own personal lives has been outstanding. They have wonderfully supportive coaches that encourage them to do things that scare them. I am thankful for the gym.

For starters, The workers do not care about teaching you especially in summer camp unless your in advanced, In summer camp you would be out in a group and would be able to do whatever you want, that doesn’t sound like summer camp to me because you are supposed to be taught in it aren’t I right, Last in class they teach you the same things over and over again it’s really weird, Welp Tag hopefully you can improve.

My daughter's 5th birthday party was a lot of fun! BUT I would NOT recommend using Papa Johns to deliver any pizza for your party. When I booked, Michael (who I believe is an owner) must get some kind of kick back from Papa Johns because he highly recommended them and they give a discount to Tag Gym parties. Well, they never showed up! When I called, they literally could do nothing for us including making the pizza at all... they said that they didn't have enough employees to make our pizza period so we couldn't even go pick it up (WHAT?!?! How do you have a pizza place open and no employees?). Michael said that that has never happened before, but I find that hard to believe because after a 15 minute kerfuffle over the phone, the person on Papa Johns end asked if I still wanted my order on the wrong date!! You can't make up that level of incompetence. Besides that, I would recommend having a party at Tag USA.

Had my daughters 5th birthday party here and it was a blast. Everyone gave great feedback and the coaches were so helpful and nice. The people in the reviews complaining about the last 30 minutes being for food is in the contract and we were all ready for the food by then anyway. Would definitely recommend having a birthday here

Please never bring your child here. I have a daughter who was in level 3, she loved the supportive community (coaches and teammates). She got hurt, with a sprained ligament. I told them we will not be returning and they continued to charge my card after we had not been there for about 2 weeks, and more for after she was already healed. I had already told them that we will not be coming back and they simply disregarded my request. I had to call the bank to tell them what was going on and that i need my money back. DO NOT GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! PAY WITH CASH!

Although they have great classes and good coaches. You will loose 15 mins of class every class trying to identify which is your coach of the day. They are very unorganized, and it's hard to know how to find or follow a coach. Trying to resolve the situation with management its difficult as they do not have time to talk to you ever.

Our son went there today for a birthday party. He absolutely loved this place. The employees that were working the birthday party were super nice and helpful. They made sure that the kids all had a great time. I would definitely check out this place.

We hosted a 5 year old birthday party here and I cannot recommend it enough! Absolutely 5 stars! The staff, the cleanliness, it was unbelievably easy and affordable too!
