Spare yourself the time. This place is beautiful and it would have been exactly what I needed. However, they have to do something about Jose. He was a complete jerk! Very unpleasant and rude. I lasted 10 minutes in that office. Whatever you do if you’re interested in this place speak to someone else. DO NOT SPEAK TO JOSE. I can’t emphasize that enough.

This seems like a beautiful community although I did not have the chance to personally go in and see it because there was nothing to show. However the guy in the office I dealt with, I believe his name was Jose made this into a HORRIBLE experience. I went in all smiles but he was rude from the beginning. I read a few reviews before going in but did not believe it because it still has a pretty high rating but he did not fail to prove the reviews wrong. He' was very sarcastic/ rude, the whole time I was in there. I didn't even feel comfortable asking questions. Hopefully I could deal with someone else next time.

My mother went to ask about some apartments and was attended by a man in the office who literally yelled at her for asking some questions. They have the apartments available for next year and my mother was confused about that, when she asked him, he said "isn't it clear?" yelling at her. I definitely don't know how they have those kind of employees that only take people out for a run. Zero respect, zero service, zero everything.

The Hispanic Lady who works in the office as Property Manager was racist! She discriminated us because I was asking do they recieve rental assistance. She also just looked at us and said we do not qualify to rent at the complexe. She was extermely rude and unwelcoming. I would like coporates info to send a complaint against her.

I’ve been trying to submit all my paperwork for 3 weeks now. Every single time I call to confirm if I can stop by, an individual named Jose picks up the phone. Unpleasant person to speak to. Both times I’ve taken time off of one of my jobs to stop by. I’ve asked him for options which he does not acknowledge. He is unreasonably unprofessional. Lacks empathy- which I’m surprised that he even is in the customer service area. If it wasn’t because I’m in incredible need I wouldn’t even consider applying. There’s no manager to speak with. He refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. In other words, the type of treatment received by this individual, who is in customer service has been disgusting. BOTH times I’ve called to confirm if I can stop by.

I have been here since August, 2022 and have NO INTENTION of leaving! The staff gives new meaning to the word ‘AMAZING’! The calendar each month is filled with activities from themed dinners, dancing and adult beverages to Wine Down Wednesday to educational lectures to National “Whatever We Can Celebrate” Day. The residents are super friendly and feel as though we’ve known each other forever. The amenities are beyond belief….5-star gym, game room with something for everyone, craft room, theatre with 1st run movies, saunas in restrooms…..I could go on and on, but don’t take my word for it. Come see for yourself! Guarantee you’ll call The Residences at Monterra Commons HOME and won’t want to leave either! See you soon!

Update..Still living at this beautiful complex. Nice quiet place to live. Most of the office staff is new. I enjoyed speaking to Crystal the other day when I contacted the office. She was very pleasant! Rodolfo the maintenance manager is always very nice and gets things done in a timely manner. It's always a pleasure seeing him around the property.Maintenance crew definitely get 5 stars!! I don't really get to enjoy the gym because it's closed by the time I get off work,and it's not opened on weekends. Overall my experience has been Good!

What people, I asked for availably for apartments and she says us a 1 year waiting list 😂😂😂😂😂 who is going to be needing a PO lace to live for the next year and they wanna charge you for it 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️.

This is a nice looking property. Great location and good price for your pocket. Maintenance is great. However, it was such a shame that they built it with a bad ceiling. I had to listen to walking, dragging, and kids running above me the whole time I was leaving there. I tried to talk to management to fix it but they couldn’t obviously. I hated to move but I had to. Better luck to the next person

As I’m scrolling through majority of the reviews, a lot of other potential residents/residents have had similar issues or unpleasant experiences with this locations management staff. Get it together monterra. The property itself is nice though.

I would like to take this moment to say I've been a resident here for almost Three years and would like to share, How please I am with the services that maintenance, Mr. Rodolfo and Mr. Perdomo have always done. They have always done great work, they maintain the property to its perfection. They are hard workers and very respectful and polite. I am very pleased with their fast actions to fixing any problem or service I need. They take good care of the community and its residents. They are very knowledgeable of their work and well educated to there profession. They are very caring for the community and their residents and pets. This property is super clean and I mean super clean. They don’t judge on who can stay here at all trust me it’s a lie don’t listen to people lying to you and I can say that because I’m here and I thought I wasn’t going to get in because I got kids and the place is so quite but that’s not the case. Put your name on the list and wait trust me it’s worth it you may not ever want to leave. I just want to thank everyone there. And I’m a kitchen person and bathroom and let me telllll you the kitchen is big flat stove and the master bathroom has a tub . I lived here since 2013 and I would do it all over again if I could. This place is very peaceful, beautiful apartment, upgraded appliances, cozy, and friendly staff. Anytime I had to call in a work order, maintenance would immediately take care of the issue that same day. I have absolutely zero complaints and am going to miss my little apartment so much. This place has given me so many great memories.

Moving in to Monterra was a nice experience, Crystal is really organized and helped me with the entire process. Every time that I visited the office for questions or bring in papers she was kind and ready to help me.

Not only the apartments are well taken care of but the whole community as well, very well kept as far as landscaping, paint, etc. The staff is very helpful and always speedy to resolve any issues inside the apartment, light bulb changing, A/C concerns etc.
