This is my first time going to Zargon Jewelers and the ladies in there are amazing! I would like to give a special thanks to Christine for ensuring we got what we needed done quickly and having the amazing customer service skills to bring us back for all our jewelry needs. My mom and I got our watch batteries replaced in a timely manner and at a great price. The store is in a great location, clean, has bright, functional lighting on the inside, and has security measures in place before you even walk through the door (they have to let you in). They also have a wide selection of quality jewelry. Give them a visit!

What a Gem - pun fully intended. The Zargon Team is warm, helpful, and friendly. I had a Caribbean Hook resized and it came back perfect and in 3 days. Highly recommended. This jewelry store is by far the best jeweler in all of South Florida. The owner will custom make anything you can imagine she only puts top quality stones into every piece. I have never seen a jeweler go above and beyond for every customer making you feel like you may be the only customer which clearly is not the case. Their pieces are unique and beautiful they also offer lay away which is unheard of in this day and age. I would never shop anywhere else I d give 10 stars if possible

There are not enough words to describe how awesome the ladies at Zargon Jewelry are! My husband and I randomly walked in a few months ago and were instantly amazed by the customer service; quality and value of the jewelry. Debi, Melissa and Gigi are amazing! My new favorite jewelry shop. I found some of my Mom's jewelry after she passed that were damaged and needed to be repaired. A co-worker recommended this place and I couldn't be happier with the service. They took care of everything and repaired the jewelry perfectly. I also had batteries put in 2 of my watches for a great price. The cost for everything was reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. I had purchased a custom made bracelet from an artican in Wyoming. Beautiful bracelet, but a total nightmare for me to put on my wrist. I had heard Zargon Jewelers was the best in the area, so I took the bracelet to them. They met, and exceeded, their reputation. The jewelers and staff at Zargon Jewelers were amazing. They watched me try to put the bracelet on, and saw where I was struggling. In the photo below you can see the old lobster claw clasp. They saw that the clasp just wasn’t working for me, and that the clasp needed to be on the other side because I am left handed. They really thought outside the box and found a clasp that I had never seen before. After they changed the old clasp to this new clasp and put it on the other side, I had no problem putting the bracelet on. I loved their tenacity in finding a wonderful solution to this most frustrating problem. Zargon now has a new client for life. Thanks again Zargon Jewelers. You’re the best!

I moved a year ago from Miami Springs and was looking for a jewelry store that I could trust. I spent over 8 months without resizing my engagement ring of fear. Zargon Jewelers changed that, just amazing service as soon as you walk in and amazing quality of work. Felt right away that like I could trust them with my jewelry. I got my engagement ring and band resized with them and added a bar to the ring, so the ring won't tilt all day (their recommendation, I had no idea that there was such a thing) and after 2 days, I have my rings back and the quality and pricing of their work is truly unbeatable. Years ago, the diamond in my mom’s engagement ring fell out which left her with the dilemma of who to trust to restore the ring to its original condition. I wanted to help so, after reading some glowing reviews about a small, unpretentious store-front business, I headed to Zargon’s with a silver bracelet that needed mending. I was met by two down-to-earth individuals who were not only knowledgeable but also sincerely interested in helping me with my request to fix a less-than-impressive piece of jewelry. The experience was incredibly positive so I brought some gold rings to be sized. Once again, Debbie and Gigi took great care of me. When I brought my parents there, they were still hesitant about leaving the ring there; however, after Debbie explained the process and had them examine the diamond for identification purposes, they felt reassured. The work was completed, fairly priced, and my mom was incredibly happy with her ring. Since then (years ago, I might add), I have become a “regular” visitor. Every visit, whether it’s been to have repairs, sell jewelry, or buy beautiful pre-loved and/or new pieces of jewelry, my trust, satisfaction, and appreciation for the good folks of Zargon’s is affirmed. This place is awesome! Simply the best. Debbie is one of the most honest professionals I ever met in this business. My husband had a ring made for me from NJ. It needed to be sized. I honestly don’t trust many places, but the minute I walked in here I knew this was the best place ever. Greeted with a smile, Debbie assured us our newly made ring would be fitted perfect. She was right. Not only that…we brought in a gold chain with a cross on it that I hadn’t worn in years die to the length. She matched the chain exactly and added an additional two inches to it. Who does that these days? Truly honest and the best. We drove from Hollywood to here and will continue to do so. Take it from us, you will get the very best here. Prices excellent. I brought in a few chains my grandfather passed down to me for repair and cleaning. Even though the silver was in rough shape they were able to repair it to a point where I can still wear it, and the chains look better than I've ever seen them. I highly recommend coming here for fast, friendly and fantastic customer service!
