I went to this urgent care to seek help with an on-going cough. I arrived there at 7:48pm and the front desk lady accepted me and told me to fill out the information quickly and notified the doctor a patient was in. A couple minutes later a man came out and to me that they were closed it’s after 8pm. I told him it was not even 8. He replied that he was the doctor and they were closing and he could refer me somewhere else. It seemed like he was more concerned about his after life then his practice and patients that he went to school for. I told him no worries I wouldn’t accept advice in any form from a doctor that doesn’t care about his patients and told him I would write a review. So, I’m honest to my word and if you prefer this place I would reconsider because a doctor should be empathic and care for their patients.

Horrible place. It was not urgent- they told me I had to wait up to 5 days for lab results for an Urgent matter I ended up having to go to the hospital for . On top of that, they charged me for the tests (plus the visit) AND I got another bill from the lab for having the tests done. Why was I billed twice.. now I've been trying to call them and discuss but it's nearly impossible to reach anyone. :(

Their website says they have digital X-rays at this location but they don’t. The staff even admitted that they know the website is wrong. However, they won’t tell you this until after they take your money and won’t refund it and let you leave. They make you travel to the plantation office which is the only one in the area with an X-ray. 4+ hours later this ordeal thankfully ended. Doctors are good if you can deal with the false advertising, theft, and run around.

I have been here several times and have never had a problem waiting or receiving good treatment and diagnosis. This last time there was a internet problem and unfortunately I was waiting longer then I had in the past and I was the only patient in the office I would appreciate a back up plan if this issue should arise again. The Doctors ,nurses and staff are very nice attentive and are ready to help you feel better. Thank you for your service.

In and out in 35 minutes. With a prescription already called in. Fiona was at the reception, she made it so easy to get registered. Didn’t have to fill out the same information over and over on 10 diff. Forms. The nurse, was awesome.. she definitely knows what she’s doing. The doctor came in and was informed about all the details given to the nurse. Which is so nice, made it quicker that I didn’t have to repeat myself from the nurse to the doctor. Doctor was friendly and empathetic. He didn’t make me feel like a paranoid and crazy mom like every single other doctor we’ve seen.(which has been many) I was very pleased with my visit. Got what I needed and I wasn’t there forever. Went right at 8am on a Sunday. Fiona opened the door exactly at 8am. Thank you to the staff, I know it must be dreadful to work on a Sunday morning dealing with sick and crabby people. They were all so kind and helpful. 10 stars.

I walked in and said I didn’t feel well and wanted to see a dr. After they saw I had an organ transplant per my medical records (I had been here in the past with no issues) they turned me away and directed me to the ER. This is without ever seeing a dr or nurse, without ever collecting my symptoms, and without ever taking my vitals. They did not collect any information on anything beyond my name and insurance. When I stated I simply want a Covid/ flu swab test they refused to see me and again directed me to the ER. I’ve used this office 5 or 6 times but will never return. Also be careful the reception will over charge you as they have no idea what an out of pocket max is 🤷🏻The dr here on Wednesday night did not uphold his oath to do no harm. Now I’m in a car sick trying to get to an er just so I can get a nasal swab test and basic medical treatment. He/she is a joke. After all that turns out I had the flu A, but I would have really appreciated being able to get a flu or covid test here and to refuse me for that is just bizarre. I will never return.

Attention from the Dr was good. But as soon as I went in the person said out loud that they where short staffed that if we were in a rush we could go to another facility. There's HIPPA violations everywhere in there. Disclosing the reason of the emergency so everybody can hear it. Other personal information has to be revealed out loud ( phone number, insurance etc..) after that the assistant or nurse that makes the first approach had a pre judgment analysis saying as first words "i got to tell you that we don't treat this kind of things here" before even finding out what the problem was.

This urgent care was the best I’ve been to. The ladies at the front desk were really nice and helpful, and the nurse that helped me (Tasha?) was so friendly and worked hard to fix my issue. The doctor came in before I left to make sure I had no more pain and everything was addressed. Everyone was pleasant and thorough and the whole process did not take long at all. Thank you! :)

I love this MD Now location. Dr. Juan Sinisterra is amazing! He really cares... takes time to listen so he can offer the best solution. The rest of the staff there is genuine and nice as well. This will always be my GO TO urgent care location.

I've been going to MD Now for a while. I've been to 2 of their locations, Sunrise FL & Davie FL. Every time I go to their locations, I'm met with great & friendly front desk personnel, as well as, great & friendly nurses & Doctors. All around, the office personnel are always amazing to me. I have yet to have had a bad experience. I should also note that every time I've been to MD Now, I've never gone in with a bad attitude, so I assume that because I don't give them a bad experience, I get treated with kindness & courtesy. I will always use MD Now.

I cannot say enough about this Urgent Care. The most professional, thorough and caring staff I have ever come across. Nurse Marie Jona was excellent and knowledgeable. Dr.Brooke Myrberg took the time to go over every test, every detail and was hypervigilant. I would love to have her as my primary as she treated me with such patience yet was very direct and detail oriented. Best Urgent Care ever!

Sometimes they are okay. But mostly they make a face when you carry a child there. Today at 8 in the morning my son was vomiting and I called MD now. On the phone they said yes I can take him to urgent care. But when I reached the receptionist was not there and doctor came out and said write your name in the list of waiting patients. My son started vomiting again. Doctor refused and without checking him he said I should take him to the ER because he needs IV fluids. At ER the doctor said he is hydrated and does not need no IV. But at MD now the doctor didn't even check him and just offered to take him to the washroom to vomit. At ER I had to spend 600 dollars in copay which could easily have been avoided and not to mention the 4 hours wasted. I would not recommend this Davie branch of MD now. I have had good experience at their plantation office but since davie falls near it made more sense to go there.

Love love this place. Unfortunate when i do have to go but the ENTIRE staff is respectful, professional and caring. Short doc with the glasses, MA manager and Office manager are amazing. Grateful. Thank you always!

The nurse and doctor were absolutely wonderful. They treated me like a human being with empathy and kindness when I was feeling so unwell. They listened to me and gave me exactly the treatment plan my ailments needed to recover.

Doc was great and knew the problem right away. Unfortunately though, I went to another MD Now in Sunrise that had an hour and half wait. They sent me to this location stating that the wait time would be much less. I ended up waiting about 3 hours at this location. Total time dedicated to Urgent Care was about 4 hours and 15 minutes

Not my first time coming here, but I figured I’d leave a good review because this is a very great urgent care. I’m sorry for the people that had bad experiences, but I have never had an issue coming here! I am greeted immediately at the front desk, I fill out my information on the tablet, and then return the tablet and then I am called back generally within 10 minutes. Today was barely 3 minutes and I was taken to the room and had my vitals taken and asked what was wrong and the nurse left and the doctor came back less than five minutes later. He did his thing with me, told me the prescriptions he was calling in, and I would say my entire visit from walking in the door to out the door was no more than 25 to 30 minutes.

What an amazing experience. I give my highest recommendation for this location for MD Now urgent care. The front staff greeted me right away and assisted me. I was soon called in and met with Dr. Clarke who was very informative and was able to identify the proper treatment of care needed for my visit. All my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy of my choice and couldn't have been any easier. I will definitely be back if I ever need urgent care.

Making an appointment online was very easy. I got a text when they were ready for me, and once I arrived I was seen by the medical staff without having to wait a long time. The meds were called in to my pharmacy quickly and all is well. I would recommend this location.

Walked in to the Davie location to a very welcoming smile . This young lady made my visit very smooth. She was very relaxed, wide smile and informative. The lobby was clean and the service was quick and easy . I compliment the young lady and learn that she is the supervisor of this location . Good Job Cherline keep up the good work.

I understand that there is a high demand right now for testing but we waited 5 hours to be seen without even asking for a test (On a Thursday) Here’s a tip- don’t tell them you have symptoms or you will be waiting a LOT longer than everyone else. Staff was friendly for the most part. Worst part of the experience were the ‘customers’. No respect for anyone that was there to help them, lots of name calling. Do better y’all. Respect our essential workers

The staff here was nice..clean office great. It was the doctors! They don’t listen nor care, I came in with an extremely sore throat, aches and fever and he still never tested for strep or anything, just sent me home with some universal antibiotic. I tried to tell him there was white spots in the back of my throat and he told me he didn’t see anything, and that my eyes looked perfectly fine to him. I went to another doctor not even 24 hours later to show them for them to tell me I had pinkeye and the issue with my throat. I never really go to the doctors when I’m sick only if it’s an emergency, so being disregarded by this clinic did not help, especially being a college student away from home. Doctor kept cracking jokes how I was fine. It was just upsetting to not feel cared for at all.

Great staff and doctor. I had an emergency with my 2 year old daughter and the staff did all they could to get her in and treat her quickly. After going to 3 other places and getting denied treatment for my daughter this MD Now was a blessing and absolutely caring and helpful.

It's 8:05 am and no one in sight.. This location is supposed to open at 8 am. They were supposed to send me antibiotics the day before.. Never sent them. I tried calling multiple times.. No answer.. I am also in the health industry and I would never tell my patients what they want to hear just so they could leave and not help them. I am truly disappointed in this establishment.

I had to take my wife yesterday to this urgent care. The location is perfect since we are close to them from home, school, work, etc. The check in was very quick, the receptionist did all the paperwork needed and soon it was my wife's turn. The doctor proved to be very knowledgeable and was able to help my wife super quick. The clinic is super clean and modern.

I had a visit last week and my experience was definitely better than the one I had 6 months ago. I was actually hesitant to go back but I’m glad I did. The place is much cleaner and the front lady was professional when checkin in.

Did not cure ear infection…. Did not explain what was going on with my ear just said he was prescribing me this and that and was in and out in less then three minutes. Not informative, did not tell me what he saw in my ear what was going on with my ear. He did not explain anything he said nothing and had no empathy. Have to go to an ENT now this will be my third visit at a doctor in less then three weeks trying to cure this ear infection everyone has gave me a run for my money and I’ve paid an arm and an leg yet still I’m suffering and in excruciating pain! When will this pain stop!? I’m done being taken advantage of. This place was quick but I just think maybe they were too quick and didn’t put any love into what they were doing no communication and no information on my issue.

I am happy that there is swift urgent care around. Nowadays, it is tough to get appointments at your primary, and the hospital is expensive. I was not feeling well and was happy with the cleanliness and prompt attention of the staff. Cherline, I believe, is her name, was attentive and welcoming. MD can expect to see my family and me again.

Honestly can’t believe this place exists. Been trying for 2 1/2 days to get them on the phone to try to get my mother in laws medicine. Phone number goes to some answering service that repeatedly put us on a 20 minute hold before transferring us to some other company that has nothing to do with MD Now. Walgreens says for 2 days they haven’t received anything. Mother in law very sick, needs the medicine. Worst experience with a medical “professional” so far.

Spent over an hour waiting outside for a covid test. Once I got inside, I was told there are no rapid tests - just PCR tests that take four days. I was also told that, now that I’m inside, the wait is over two hours. At no time, has anyone that works here gone outside to inform clients about the test or expected wait time. It’s Christmas Eve. Undoubtedly, people are here hoping for a rapid test to ensure a safe holiday. More than that, they’re telling people they have to wait in the lobby, or avoid being skipped over and having to start the process over. So, I’m sitting in the waiting room with coughing, sneezing people. If I didn’t have Covid before I got here, I probably do now.

MD NOW was recommended by my doctor and I was really impressed by how the staff was very nice and professional I have sent friends there too. I went there for a Covid test and got my results the next day on their site. They offered to print it out if I needed it

Amelita (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) And Shannon took great care of me today. I had a short wait when I got there as they only allow 5 people in the lobby at the same time. Davie location, friendly patients, friendly staff. I missed the doctors name, very kind lady that listened to my concerns and helped me by providing treatment, and follow up prescriptions. I appreciate this office and highly recommend to anyone else that needs urgent care.

I was running fever and was feeling light headed and had severe pains in my body and legs I went to MD Now Urgent Care in Davie on University Drive to get a covid test and find out what was causing all the pain. I told the front desk what was happening and I was told it would be around a 3-hour wait. The waiting room was crowded and when I finally saw the doctor he asked me what was going on, I told him I wanted to get a covid test and find out what was causing all of this pain. He said he wanted to send me to the hospital to get the test done. My son was on at the phone wanting to know why they haven't done anything there for me or treated me or examined me or anything and I asked the doctor if she could explain to him what she was doing or not doing to treat me but instead he got on the phone with my son who was telling him I wasn't eating well and not drinking enough water so the doctor was agreeing that I was dehydrated and even wrote on a Prescription Pad that I was unable to thrive and I was dizzy and told me to give that to the emergency at the hospital. The doctor did not treat me for what I went there for at all and just barely listen to what I had to say, he did not even examine me. The only thing the doctor did was upset me and my son before calling fire rescue to come and get me. Once I was in the emergency room they found the problem. I had covid. Very poor interactions with the doctor add staff at MD Now in Davie. The waiting time was horrible, spacing was not enforced in the waiting room, they turned patients away before their closing hours, and I was not examined or treated or tested for anyting. very disappointed. Not professional at all and would never recommend this place if you need medical care. I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it nothing.
