It was an amazing experience. Wife broke the hook in her gold chain took it here and in less than 24 hours the job was done. They send you a text message notifying you that the item is ready for pick up. Amazing service and everyone at the store were really friendly and helpful.

Joel at JMR Jewelry is the best. I asked him to help me size an eternity ring which is very difficult to size. I thought that we had a good solution to add a u shank. When I was unhappy with it, he wanted to refund me the money. I thought that was incredibly fair considering this was my idea and there was a great amount of time going back and forth with the repair work. I really was not comfortable with a refund so we settled on a store credit. If I could give JMR Jewelry 10 stars I would. Great selection and very fair. Joel and the entire staff are great. Please support small businesses and give them a try.

I had an old ring of my mothers I needed repaired and cleaned up. JMR Jewelers is a small family owned place and was perfect for what I was looking for. I didn’t want to take it to the mall and have some inexperienced young person who could care less about other peoples property let alone heirlooms working on it.
