This place is amazing! It’s quiet, clean, private and friendly. I have used all aspects of this gym and love the options available from hot cycle to hot yoga and even a weight area. Love the girls (Irene and Jackie) and the owner (Sharon) which are so approachable and available to ask questions or to just have a fun chat! The cozy feel makes you want to go in and work out. Go check it out you won’t regret it!

Best work out ever. Fast and effective. Water is super important to not dehydrate . Place is clean and staff is great. Wish they kept it at one person per room though, it certainly is doable given the monthly price. Still reasonable for what you you get, the sessions are solid and effective and you can turn the volume down and do your own thing. Love it

HOTWORX has been such a life changer for me. 🧘🏻‍♀️Very therapeutic. I’m so happy I found this place. I feel amazing every time I leave my workouts 💪🏼❤️ . The staff is very nice and the place is always clean. ✨All the workouts are in a infrared sauna✨ So many good benefits about working out in the sauna. Detoxification , increased calorie burn, weight loss, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved sleep, cellulitis reduction, stress management, and relaxation❣️ If you haven’t tried this place out. You really should give it a try. I lost 22lb already and I started in ending of January. I was struggling with my weight and tried everything but nothing was working till I started here. I’m sure the sauna plays a big role in helping me lose this weight.

I am so happy I found hotworx. When I say it changed my life I truly mean it. Best workouts and staff around. 50 pounds down in one year thanks to hotworx. The convenience is great 24x7, my only turn off, accidentally my card was charged twice couldn’t get a credit reaching the owner wasn’t easy for corrective action, i don’t enjoy filing claims but after 2 weeks of no response, we had to, aside from that minor issue everything else is fine.

This is the most amazing place I've been to in life! The staff is really friendly and the facility is always clean and well lit up. The owner is always popping in making sure everything is running smoothly. Oh and let's not forget the price. It's so affordable where else can you workout for $60 a month and have twenty four hours access.

Exercise caution when considering Hotworx as your fitness provider. I reluctantly joined, paying $250 for a towel and mat, and a monthly fee, only to discover that freezing my account, which I was assured was an option, requires a three-month waiting period. Now pregnant and unable to utilize my membership, a two-month freeze won't alleviate my predicament. While businesses need to generate revenue, constructing a system that compels individuals to pay for an unusable membership feels unethical. I am skeptical of its long-term sustainability, as a pleasant environment alone is insufficient in an industry with numerous alternatives. Just a thoughtful reflection."

This has been my saving grace. Started in June 2021 and by December I had lost 40 lbs. It was my therapy while also going thru a very difficult time and I cannot be more thankful. Made me stronger and more confident. The staff is excellent and always very helpful. Have recommended to my friends and family and they have many new members because of it. 10/10!!

I have been going here for the last 2 months and it has really been an incredible experience. Love the concept of Hotworx and the staff are so friendly. Especially Lee! She has been so sweet and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone trying to achieve their fitness goals!

A few months ago I tried a free class and loved it. But couldn’t sign up at the time. Recently I was able to sign up thanks to Alby. This gym is really nice and I love the infrared sauna technology while working out. Nice and clean environment as well. Highly recommend everyone to try, even if it’s just one class.

Amazing workout! No hassle and I can go anytime as it's open 24/7. The saunas make workouts harder without the high impact on your body! Heart rate goes through the roof!! Love my Hotworx!

HOTWORX is amazing! The staff is amazing, especially Alby! He’s always around to help and answer any questions. I was in a bad car accident a few years ago and I have 3 herniated discs and 2 bulging discs. I’ve always had severe back pain since then. The combination of heat, red light therapy and the stretching from the exercises has my back feeling great. I can play basketball again with no issues. I would 100% recommend joining. It’s helped me tremendously!

I have been ar HOTWROX for I believe 5 years now!! I love it, it has really gotten me to where I want to be in my fitness and health journey. I suffer from R.A and it has helped tremendously with inflammation. I feel so refreshed and great when I leave. I also love that in 15 minutes I get a full body workout! Hotworx is one of my favorite workouts. I use it as an add on to my regular weight training and I love it. You get a great workout in half the time. Also, the staff there is extremely nice and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Love this gym! You can make it your own or train with the instructor. Very clean and staff is very friendly.

Love the fact that it's open 24 hours, is in a safe neighborhood, is clean and has properly functioning equipment. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and remembers details about you to personalize your experience. My only complaint is there's only one shower, but I've never had to wait too long to use it.

Great experience, it's not for the faint of heart, but you can build up. Hot cycle is my favorite.

Love this place, so happy I found it. The first thing that caught my attention was the fact that they had 15 minute workouts, like who doesn’t have 15 minutes to work out everyday? Every single work out is unique and even after doing the same workout a couple of times, you are still learning new things, pushing yourself a little more everyday. I also suffer from migraines and I was concerned that working out in a sauna would trigger them, but it hasn’t. I’ve been going every day for a month and I’m still loving it.

Hotworx is one of the greatest fitness facilities ever. After my free trial, I instantly became a member. There are so many great benefits to being a member, like 24 hour access to the saunas and weight room. I love that I can make it fit my crazy schedule NO MATTER WHAT. The different workout types allow you to give your body what it needs. The staff is extremely friendly. Jackie, the manager, is super friendly and extremely helpful. I have been able to lose over 60lbs by going to Hotworx every day and modifying my diet. They have a warrior for life with me :)

Best value for money gym! always very organized and clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. GM Jackie is always paying attention to detail and making sure all patreons are having the best experience. The fact that you can reserve the free weights area and have it all for yourself is a big advantage over other commercial gyms. Highly recommended for people with a tight schedule like myself who are looking for an intense, complete, and sweaty workout. Very nice.
