The man thought that the dog only needed one shot. He did not look carefully at the medical record the dog needed two. He was going to charge me for both I had to explain to him I had already prepaid for 1 of them. Only my 2nd visit and the shots for the vaccinations get mixed up... That's frightening... because that means I have to stay on top of what they are doing. I'm a great customer but doubt I'll go back.

The people in this hospital are all so sweet and caring when it comes to the animals that come here! We've only had to visits here but Rocky is already so happy when he comes in, and is so calm thanks to the amazing people that work here! Not to mention they've helped me so much, always answering my questions and giving me helpful advice! I can tell everyone in there love the patients they take care of and their jobs! Almost makes me want to join them too!

Lakeside Animal Hospital is a very clean facility and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I've been taking my 7 year old pup there, for the past 6.5 years. I would recommend them to family, friends, and online strangers alike.

I absolutely LOVE this place and my puppy Bali does too! They are all so sweet and friendly.. they make her feel super comfortable to be there play with her and spoil her all the way. Dr. Frione is a sweetheart and you can see her love for animals and Christopher!!! OMG I LOVE Christopher!! He’s sooo nice and Bali loves playing with him!! I’m so happy I finally found a Vet where they treat my pet like family. 100 recommend!!

Dr. Frione got down on the floor to ease my two dogs' severe anxiety. What more can I say. Maybe best vet I ever had in 50 years of having dogs.

Been seeing Dr. Frione for many years with both of my dogs, and I will never switch. Her bedside manner, knowledge, and caring ness is the reason I always come back! Dr. Frione (and the team) have been taking care of Pearl for the past three years through all her hiccups (Asthma, going blind *thankfully not anymore!*, pulling teeth, etc.). They are gentle, kind, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable! Every time we bring Pearl in they are excited to see her - seriously, the entire office stops by! Now we added a new addition and we couldn’t be happier as we know they (and us!) are in great hands. We are so grateful for you guys!!! Highly recommend.

The best boarding stay at Lakeside animal hospital! I absolutely LOVE this place and how they treated my puppy Luna! This is the perfect place where you can leave your fur babies with complete peace of mind. Starting at the check in they took my miniature Australian Shepherd the same day I called, they offer optional complete spa bath before pick up and a puppachino that my puppy absolutely loved! They send me pics through text message and I couldn’t be any happier! I needed an extra day of boarding and when I called they were very kind and understanding. I could tell when I picked up my puppy that she had the best stay at lakeside. When I came in to do the check out they were just finishing her potty walk. I’m so happy and beyond grateful that they always treat my pet like family. This boarding experience and stay was wonderful. I 100% recommend!!

Staff is very friendly. Office is clean and organized. The vet tech and the doctor paid attention to all of my concerns, they treated my dog with love and patience.

Lakeside is a beautiful animal hospital, staff is kind. I took my babies today only to find out it was more expensive than what the lady said on the phone after I already paid money for shots. Wrong information $144.00 is not easy to get but my babies are worth it, I don't know if they actually gave them an exam. $82 a night turn into for two dogs nearly $3,000. To for my budget. I found a beautiful clean and respectful young lady not expensive at all. This is my email if you want to look into it

Staff is very nice and professional, and they take great care of both my babies. I have to pre sedate my dog to get his nails Done, and they do such a great job.

Lake slide mgas always taken the best care of my pets. And, my current cTbis not an easy animal to treat because he is unpredictable and needs sedation before going. But they are so understanding and kind to my pet and to me; and take their time and explain all procedures to me.

Highly recommend! Dr. Frione and the entire lakeside team were very gentle with my dogs who are usually nervous at the vet. Even though they are doing curbside the entire visit was quick and seamless. Dr. Frione tailored my dogs vaccines to their needs and did not try to push things they don’t need. All around great experience.

We take our precious kitty here and she loves the staff. The staff is warm and pleasant. I love that the hospital smells clean and it is in pristine condition. Great place for your furry loved one!

Maya, my 9 year young Yorkie, had horrible allergies that gave her itchy bumps on her skin. The team at Lakeside Animal hospital has successfully tamed the issue, and Maya is rash free, living her best life as a result. Thanks so much for your services.

The doctor, while knowledgeable, is loud, abrasive, and condescending. Guess which energy my cat is picking up on? It’s not her intelligence. Lakeside would not give my cat her second round of shots because I did not give her anti anxiety meds. My cat has gotten shots at the humane society and was spayed at Nova Animal Hosptial, neither of them suggested she be put on pills. Lakeside left me leaving with a headache.

Staff is always courteous and helpful and they take excellent care of your fur baby. The doctors are caring and explain in detail their recommendations and are willing to answer your questions. I take my senior cat there twice a week and the technicians are wonderful. They are kind and loving toward my cat.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only is my friend heart broken about the passing of her dog she also had to deal with the insensitivity and lack of accountability from this office. If you love your animal DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!

Everyone here is awesome. They are so gentle, patient and kind with our fur baby. He is a big boy who is a bit timid and scared and they go above and beyond to ensure that everything goes as smooth as possible.

How could one be so insensitive? This hospital neglected to care for my friends dog and then blamed her when he passed! Unbelievable ! I hope that no one else is treated in such a manner!

I’ve been coming here ever since I got my dog over a year ago. All of the staff always make us feel welcome and care about my little mess of a pup. I’ve seen 3 different vets there and they are all amazing and helpful! I love how personable the front desk staff are and they ensure you leave without questions. Would definitely recommend if you like vets that are willing to take on puppy kisses and treat your fur baby as if they were their own 😍🥹

Made an appointment for my pets check up and never got seen. Arrived on time and I sat in exam room for 30 minutes with nervous dog knowing she's at vet no one ever came to say they were on way or to give ETA. Was told by check in they began seeing other pets that came in after me with no explanation or apology. When I left all the girl could say was I understand. Wasted an hour of my day with an unorganized business. Too many vets out there to settle for this.

I have been taking my Marley to Lakeside for a number of years and I can honestly say the staff is excellent, super friendly and takes very good care of Marley. He is very fiesty and today Dr Frione did an excellent job getting him to calm down so she could work on him. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Frione.
