I love starbucks and choose this over any takeaway coffee. No problems with the food, staff, or coffee. However the toilets are absolutely disgusting in this store. No toilet roll, marks up the walls. Pipes under sink dirty. Food, crumbs, dust all over the floor. Clear that they have not been checked or cleaned in some time. Takes no time at all to sweep, mop and clean such a small area. Visited at 9.44am......

Starbucks, you should be ashamed of yourselves! Overpriced. Dirty. Staff were bored and rude. Just terrible. Will never ever go to a Starbucks again. The coffee is dreadful across the board so I didn't even attempt it today. Bought an iced tea which was not much better. The Teddy Bear biscuit was akin to cardboard. We have dog biscuits in the van which probably tasted better! Just no.

I think I was robbed.... £7 for a regular ice tea and what they described as a ginger bread man biscuit. One tiny singular lonely biscuit! What a meager, sad, tasteless cardboard biscuit it was. I imagine dog biscuits are better for you.... What happened Starbucks, when did you start feeling the need to rob your clients...

Twice I had purchased Two Good to Go bags and when I arrived to collect them, they were not available, even though they had been paid for. The app gave a pick up time of 5.30pm but when I arrived I was told collection was at 8pm. Despite me showing the staff member the time on the app, she declined to honour the bags. The staff member was very unhelpful and couldn't seem to care less. I suggested she check the times with the Too Good company herself and make sure it was changed, to stop those happening to other customers but she just said it's not her issue.

Got two drinks and two items of food. Drinks where shocking. Tasted nothing like they should of done. Milk of the top looked like it was congealed. £11 for two drinks and I had to throw away. Awful. Didn't realise till I was down the A19. No way of getting back to get new ones. Made so wrong and so bad. Will never go here again. I go starbucks most days. So I have a fair understanding of how it should taste and look. To much rushing around. People pay good money got drinks. I'd rather wait another couple of minutes to get a nice drink.

Good parking, no real queue. Possibly the weakest flat white I've ever had! Despite having several items, I have never once been offered a tray here - not sure how many hands they think I have!? Tables not cleared, food waste etc on the floor - not very clean.

I had to wait until the drive thru service had been completed before my latte, a very expensive latte was served to me. £3.88 for a coffee is too much. The toilet was filthy too, not a good experience.

Egg bites were an over priced piece of scrambled egg stuck to the inside of a paper bag, sausage sandwich was dry overcooked and used frozen sausages and of course over priced, after receiving my food , I waited over ten minutes for my coffee they didn't have the correct syrup for the coffee and put an alternative in which was floating around the bottom of the coffee so when I got to the bottom was enough to melt tooth enamel, maybe training may help, the staff appeared to be new and quite nervous , the lady on the til seemed quite pleasant. Over all my first ever visit to Starbucks was disappointing and over priced especially with the GP on coffee. Apart from that it was an amazing place

I stopped for a quick top up charge & grab a coffee. The store & staff were ok & there was no waiting for the service, but the only thing that really lets this place down was the state of the toilets. They were disgusting & didn’t appear to have been cleaned in a while with water & paper all over the floor & they hadn’t been restocked in at least a day or 2 as it was only just coming up to lunchtime so it was a good job I didn’t need a sit down, although with the state of them I wouldn’t have done that.

Food/drinks were as you would expect. Staff were really friendly, engaged with me and gave great advice. Only criticism was the seating area and it was a purely personal thing as its mainly coffee tables and I like a regular height table especially if having food

Seems lovely but it is on a road side so not sure how it can improve the atmosphere when it’s kind of dependent on the A19…?!
