with
great
regret
that
I
write
this
review.
Yesterday
was
my
first
experience
at
the
Kyalami
Corner
Checkers
where
my
mum
and
I
were
treated
very
unprofessionally.
I
must
first
say
that
the
branch
manager,
Daniel,
was
super
friendly,
polite
and
helpful.
However
the
'supervisor'
whom
attended
to
my
query
and
teller
Sonti
were
very
rude.
The
person
packing
my
mums
groceries
even
ignored
her
when
my
mum
asked
for
an
item
that
was
left
on
the
next
tellers
station.
We
may
have
11
official
languages
but
we
ALL
don't
speak
it
and
therefore
when
a
customer
is
querying
something
,
it
would
be
polite
if
the
staff
would
respond
in
English
instead
of
being
ignored
and
only
communicating
amongst
themselves
in
vernacular.
As
there
was
an
issue
with
the
price,
perhaps
make
sure
that
the
staff
packing
the
shelves
,
pack
the
correct
items
with
the
correct
price
indicating
below.
I
don't
think
that
it
is
NOT
a
consumers
job
to
check
codes
with
price
tags
when
shopping.
If
the
wrong
price
is
indicated
then
that
is
misleading
the
customer
as
the
correct
price,
which
was
much
higher,
is
then
reflected
at
the
till.
I
must
say
that
we
have
never
been
treated
so
poorly
at
this
store
before,
and
nobody
even
apologized.
Checkers
moto
is
BETTER
and
BETTER,
well
I
do
hope
that
the
communication
skills
and
manners
of
the
staff
at
Kyalami
Corner
Checkers
gets
better.
