One of the best picnic spots in Soweto, made special for friends, family and couples. Great park to host any events or better yet tie the knot at! Clean and safe park.

Was a splendid weather, but saw a lot of unpleasing scenerios while there. Like kids smoking Hubble's, cigarettes and drinking alcohol in public which I thought was rude of them. But overall it was a chilled day, met friendly people, had a proper jol with people

Nice Park, great for kids, has a fairly decent playground. Decent Braai facilities, however would advise to bring your own braai stand

The park it's self was awesome. However the police that came at 5PM ended the fun family day in a very disturbing manner. Tonight myself and my family go to sleep again not impressed to be South African because of being treated the way we were. The police could have chosen to speak to the community but they chose to carry on like they were moving sheep from the garden.

I enjoyed my experience at the Park of work during SA Lock Down Level 1, where I worked and played once in a while again. When duty calls it will force you to work in strange Environments.

The park is awesome especialy in summer the grass is green suitable for picnics and for walks as well as to relax or to take a walk and it good for those who seek a peace of mind.

This place is great and beautiful. The park is filled with play areas for kids and is very clean with ample parking space.

It is the people you spend your time with at the park who make it the 👌 moments heart 😍 😍 😍

Apart from the crime happening there at the park most of the time...it's not much of a bad park so long as you are a huge group and you get yourself a nice spot then you are sorted.

Back in 2014 when I had my 5 year anniversary we took photos there, it used to be a very nice place and many sowetans loved to hangout there before Covid-19.

There are no more activities to do for the kids. However a family picnic would do good.

They should add Wi-Fi for the scholars

The park is easily accessible and quite vast which allows for different groups to go about their business unhindered. The dam and the stream that flows from the need a lot of maintenance, the grass and the trees can do with some decent pruning. The ablution facilities need a complete makeover and security needs to be increased.

F1 is always late especially on Fridays, I waited the whole hour before it arrived... it's better to just walk, why have busses scheduled to pass at a certain time on Google maps and yet not even stick to the time.

I get the Rea Vaya bus when I go to work...it's a safe area too

The park could do with some maintenance,the grass is too long and hold much water - especially because it rained the day before I went there. Otherwise, an overall good park.

The park is a true natural beauty, it's just a bit neglected, as some rides are broken and unsafe for young kids. A beautiful place overall, please keep an eye on your young ones and guide them to safer rides
