I ordered 3 items to the value of R2050 and wasn’t offered free shipping. I paid R120 for shipping and 2 days later I found out that the parcel is sent by roadfreight and still on a road somewhere crossing the country. Communication with the seller isn’t great either. I love Inov8, but I won’t order from this store again.

Ordered a Kettlebell on the 14th of May, only to find out on the 9th of June that the courier has in fact lost the parcel. My two options were to either wait for new stock or to receive a refund. Although I understand that this is uncharted territory in terms of post level 4 lockdown, however, I feel like more should have been done from their side to make amends for this experience. I mean at least try to salvage (some) of the customer experience. For example, offer me a 20% discount with my next order, or whatever, just make an attempt to right the wrong. Especially if you expect me to wait two months! Definitely won't be supporting them in the future or recommend them to friends and family. Disappointing.

Ordered my Concept 2 rower online and speedy delivery to Somerset West. Not only are they the best priced on Concept 2, but also had to stock to deliver. Really enjoying my rower.

I purchased a few items online, my order arrived really quickly as I'm located in CPT. I discovered my weightlifting belt was 1 size too big and requested an exchange.
