Ordered
a
Kettlebell
on
the
14th
of
May,
only
to
find
out
on
the
9th
of
June
that
the
courier
has
in
fact
lost
the
parcel.
My
two
options
were
to
either
wait
for
new
stock
or
to
receive
a
refund.
Although
I
understand
that
this
is
uncharted
territory
in
terms
of
post
level
4
lockdown,
however,
I
feel
like
more
should
have
been
done
from
their
side
to
make
amends
for
this
experience.
I
mean
at
least
try
to
salvage
(some)
of
the
customer
experience.
For
example,
offer
me
a
20%
discount
with
my
next
order,
or
whatever,
just
make
an
attempt
to
right
the
wrong.
Especially
if
you
expect
me
to
wait
two
months!
Definitely
won't
be
supporting
them
in
the
future
or
recommend
them
to
friends
and
family.
Disappointing.
