Best place to hang out for a picnic, its kept clean and it's very refreshing atmosphere. If you want to enjoy your space though go mid week or on off peak seasons.

We went to a biker rally that was held in honour of a friend's recently deseased son. The lake area was neat and clean.

Lots of braai stands. Was newly revamped a few months ago. Great place for kids to play and gaming equipment

Florida lake have the Mayola Lapa that is big and beautiful where you can braai and have a dans or just a meal. Parking can't be used that is bad

The place is beautiful no lie but it needs to be maintained its beginning to look abandoned, children around the area have a place to play, but the actual lake needs some extra TLC.

As the youth say, what a vibe! Busy park, with ppl just looking to chi and babe a good time. Nice atmosphere, went there to chill with the boys, we braaied and had a great time. The park itself was Clean, security guard played the role of host, and what a host he was! Only bummer was the smell from the toilets. That would hit us every now and then as we were pretty close to them. Apart from that, definitely be back there this summer to chill out. Vibes!

This is one of the beautiful lake i have ever visited, the place is so clean like no one has ever been there, they also offer different types of activities to enjoy whilst there. The presence of police at all times and security always patrolling. This place is the best.

cops is a problem they will chase you away if your are drinking in the park or playing music, always look out for robbers
