The screen had some dirt. I could hear the sound from Tarven more than the movie sound

First time at Maponya Mall, it was much more beautiful than I thought! Love that Black Panther 2 is still available even after months at the cinema, and it's cheaper than the local cinema near where I live!

No cash transactions is inconsiderate implementation. It is such an inconvenience.with lockdown regulations eased one would expect establishment to roll with the times . Day two still waiting for my refund.

I went to watch John Wick Chapter 3 with my husband, it wasn't packed I am guessing it's because it wasn't half price Tuesday. The only disappointment is that they don't have movie cards, it's been a year and still no movie cards I mean they are closer to mean and I want to accumulate points but how do I do that if I can't get cards? Pls do something about that.

I love how easy it is to get your tickets and meals and how clean the cinema is. However sometimes you can hear the movie playing in the other room/cinema if I may put it like that. Overall good service.

Bad i dont know if they dont have enough staff or what, the cinema kiosk there was no one, a lady appeared seems she is doing pop corns at the back and must come back to the front and sell, no one to check the tickets,

I feel like they should put it more comfortable chairs. Like who wants to sit like they are in a classroom at the movies. And the aircon is at 3° like really do you want us to watch movies or freeze to death. And they always light the lights way before the movie ends like come on. Why you in such a rush?

Music is good food is good you can't go to Durban and don't visit Eyandini

Good Cinema in terms of sound quality, time keeping and service but the cinema booth are rarely cleaned after each movie session. From the looks, you can tell they are only clean either in the morning or after the cinema closes. But other than that they are the best in Soweto

Was there to watch Creed III which was supposed to start at 2:45 and it took so and even on ads the screen wasn't showing anything. It's unacceptable
