Worst service ever there is always something happening here today i was not able to even buy chocolate that is on special and the own didn't even try to assist he just said no come back tomorrow wow where is the customer service.

I love doing my shopping there, it’s my go to place when I need or I am short or in need of something. I visit this pick n pay at least 3 times a week. Love the fact that they have almost everything I need. The shop is clean and neat. I am happy with the service the staff renders considering. I only problem is the old grandmother that is there half of the time. The lady is cold rude and inconsiderate, never ever treated me as a customer never greets ever. Always getting the impression that she is there to do you a favor. I just want to cry every time I see her at the till. I tolerate her as an elder and out of respect that I have for the rest of the good service I receive from the other staff. I would not let a constantly bad attitude and 1 person who looks down on other spoil the good job and service that others do.

Friendly atmosphere first and foremost. The store is run like a typical family convenience shop with a touch of commercialisation,keeping to the true spirit of helping the community with style. It's one of a kind because it used to be just a family run butchery and they proved themselves worthy to be recognized by Pick n Pay and now they provide variety in the products they offer. They are always willing to help.

The young lady , not sure if she is the store manager was very rude to me ,just for asking if they have a certain product

The Market store has surpassed expectations in all spheres
