Beautiful and excellent quality workmanship. Ordered 30 knitted scarves for a group of diverse people coming from various part of the world. They were impressed by the vibrant colors, design and workmanship quality. Made me very proud to be an African.Thank you Maxhosa, keep up the good work

Maxhosa is the only legit South African luxury clothing brand. It‘s real luxury, not fake nouveaux riche. Maxhosa is like actual „champagne“, while their competitors are „sparkling wine“ coming in a golden bottle. Their designs are unique and execution and craftsmanship on point. For example the pattern on most jerseys is not printed (cheap) but actually woven. The cloth is often silk or cashmere. I‘m still giving 3 stars because of customer service: Their store usually doesn’t keep stock. If they have stock they make you feel being a customer is an inconvenience. Their website is even worse with nothing available either.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE!!! I ordered two pairs of socks, a beanie, and two pins from them. I received 1 pair of socks and the beanie and nothing else. I have been calling them, leaving them messages and writing emails for weeks and I have not received a single response. I live in Brooklyn and have no way of visiting the store to resolve this. This is outright theft! Huge mistake buying from them! The issue has been resolved. Representatives from MaXhosa contacted my friend in Johannesburg and worked to get the missing items shipped to me in NY! I'm completely satisfied with how everything worked out and I'm sorry that I didn't have any other options as far as making contact with someone in the sales team.

Visited the store at MOA twice this month and was disappointed that I was unable to pay using Apple Pay due to their faulty machine. I had to leave the store without my purchase because I didn’t have my physical card..

Beautiful store, amazing products however the staff is unpleasant. They will definitely make you feel unwelcomed to even enter.

Had issues with sizes and stock was limited but the staff wer very helpful in assisting to get de sizes calling ada branches to check for de available sizes and style Had a great experience with you guys

Excellent customer service and well mannered staff. I’ve been at the store for over four times and I have never experienced poor service a single day. Give Mr Sihlangule his flowers please, the guy never gets tired of assisting me over the phone even when he is not at work.

I love the brand , it’s the staff for me that is not helpful they judge you and wait for you to ask for assistance, they usually help those they know or can relate to in Xhosa. Secondly they never have sizes which is an issue however I will still give them a chance as they are still growing Nonetheless I love the African print
