Absolutely pleased with the service received from Exp Medical & Dental Centre. I took my 5 month old to Dr A Combrink and we received thorough and efficient care. Dr even made a courtesy follow up call the same evening to check up on baby's well being. I would highly recommend Dr Combrink for her level of compassion. Thank you doc. for such a warm and pleasant experience.

I have been seeing Dr Engels for years now and when they moved from their old premises to the new one, it was only natural to follow. They have really put the place together nicely, as there is a Dischem, optometrists, dentists, pritty much anything you would need from a medical centre. Generally the wait to see a doctor is also not that long as most times we are in and out under 30 minutes.

Taryn was very accommodated as my mom was in a wheelchair. She had lots of patience. Even went to my mom's Retirement home to fit the hearing aid

Dr Jacques Jooste is the best doctor l have ever come across. He actually cares and wants to take you off medication instead of putting you on it. Highly recommend!

Long wait and Dr's charge you for EVERY little second spent there. Even if they have to just check if you need stiches. I know nothing is for free in life, but to not even spend 2 full minutes with a patient and charge almost R680, is day light robbery

The doctors here are amazing. For years I have had the same few doctors take care of my family and they are all under one roof. Their professionalism and care is second to none. It's always better to make an appointment, because if you don't you might have to wait a while.

Professional friendly service at front desk and Doctor. Totally Covid Compliant. The nursing station for blood pressure, blood and urine tests etc was slow. Not communicative about delays. Xrays report also quite a wait. But staff kept us informed.

Oh my gosh there is a lady by the name of Kim from polokwane branch, she is very good. I don't even have more words to describe her customer service qualities, she's just good.

Our "go-to" weekend medical practice. It is convenient that they are contracted in with medical aids and have a Dischem pharmacy on the premises. You may need to wait before being seen, but it is better than going to the casualty wards in the area.

2023-01-02 i phoned EXP to make an appointment with Dr Oliver van Blerk to see my 2 weeks old baby, the receptionist said that they don't make appointments on weekends and public holidays and that i should come in, only for me to get there so they can show me the door no compassion for a 2 week old baby, really poor experience from the

DR Oliver was very gracious and warm to needs . He listened attentively and saw me at my exact appointment time . Even though I had complications with my treatment he responded very quickly being a patient from a foreign country. I C will highly recommend him without hesitation.

Dr Bee Nhlangulela is amazing ! Removed my tooth and I never felt a thing. Mind you, I hate going to the dentist because of bad experience. She was just amazing and there is also lovely calming music playing in the background! Totally recommend 👌

EXP as a whole is just a vibe. From the reception staff to the doctors. I've never had an issue, there is always availability for a booking with one of the Dr's and the Dentists are amazing as well.

Dear Exp and receptionist area. I came to see a doctor today any doctor. I was sent to one of the doctors. When I got there there was already a patient that walked pass me at reception and while sitting another came for the same doctor. The doctor didn't know who is next so anyone who knows the doctor just walks in. While sitting here 2 patients have gone in before me even though I am.sitting here waiting. Why can't you let the doctor know who the next patient is as before. Totally not acceptable and unfair towards patients sitting and waiting for doctors.

Afrikaans service at 9h00. English service at 10h00 and in the side hall a " traditional service". The praise and worship is amazing. I have been three times and the teachings are excellent.

Went to the Dischem. Was a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of various other places. The center itself seems nice. The security guard was friendly and helpful as it was my 1st time there. All in all. A great experience

The doctors are amazing, helpful, attentive,knowledgeable, funny and calming with kids . Receptionist are warm and friendly staff. The nurses at the nurses station are well experienced. Pharmacist are amazing

The centre is well-organised, with ample parking available. There are a number of general practitioners, and visiting medical specialists can be seen as pre-arranged. Also a dentist, an audiologist and a podiatrist. There's a smallish Dischem outlet, mainly for prescriptions.

Dr Serfontein is a brilliant family Dr. He consults with all my family members and has never misdiagnosed or given us bad advice. Very kind, patient and understanding gentleman.

Dr Reneyyte Fourie was consulted by my partner approx 10 years ago about his excessive weight loss. She found nothing. She didn't order a CT scan. Now he passed away last week with ischaemic small bowel that was emancipating him over many years. No wonder she can't be found at Bergbron or Exp. This was diagnosed thro a CT scan at Milpark but it was far too late for him. Don't GPS know anything?? Then I went to Wilgeheuwel hospital because I was so weak. The gastrointestinal specialist did a scope but found no reason for the blood loss.She made a guess. I went to Milpark where the specialist found the ulcer straight away. Why do doctors get away with this negligence? We know it's hard to prove.

After two visit with Dr Combrinck and R500 each time and meds of R400 each time. So R2000 just for simple sinus infection I'm still not better!!!

Could barely walk. The staff were kind enough to bring me a wheelchair and pushed me to dr Hovelmaier's rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking available and various specialists and doctors available.

Was assisted by a physiotherapist, Candace Lally, who helped sort out my aches and pains in no time at all. So happy I got to cross paths. Professional with a great personality.

I highly recommend Doctor J Jooste. He is very patient and understanding. He doesn't get annoyed even if you keep asking a lot of questions. Friendly staff with lots of empathy. I have nothing bad to say about this place, absolutely nothing.

Best medical suites around, Doctors are very professional and an added benefit is the Dischem on premises which makes getting your prescription medication very easy and convenient.

Nearly 1 month ago i had a emergency and needed to see a Dr my usual Dr (Dr Hovelmeier) was not in so i had to go see Dr Jooste. the emergency was that my blood sugar was over 21.7. (not good at all) Dr Jooste showed no emotion and was not eager to help me get the best treatment. Tested my sugar with a drop of blood and asked my history (my dad being full diabetic) looked at me and in a not so polite way said that i need to lose weight and the diabetes will go away. gave me glucophage and a card for a dietician. i know the implications of diabetes and he did not even care to delve deeper. i went for a second opinion and the new dr immediatly sent me for blood tests to see just how bad it was and immediatly put me on insulin and jarltremet(spelling) and has checked up on me every few days to see if my levels have dropped. to this day i have not heard from Dr Jooste again. i Used to love EXP but after this i will not go back. Zero stars

All in one medical centre with various Doctors, plus a small basic Dischem to get your meds. Very conveniently situated to make a quick stop with much shorter prescription Q's than the big outlets. Helpful pharmacists and assistants. The pay-point staff defn need a refresher course on friendliness and customer service
