The place is clean, there is security well lit at night, there are no elevators and it will be difficult for people with disabilities to live here.

Great apartments but not enough car parkings

This is a nice place. It is my home. Only challenge is transport, only if we can have reavaya busses operating on our place that will be great.

The residence is a nice place with nice housing but lacks security control but there is a JMPD security at the gate they don't do searching or anything.

A central place to stay in Soweto close to the main road and shops

The security is compromised and not that clean

The residents are really friendly. Although there's a lot of noise. It is a good place to live with family.

Most tenants there refuse to pay rent, so from time to time they would barricade the gate and you wouldn't enter nor leave, if you're already inside.

This flats give a new look to the face of Soweto, it stand opposite UJ near Power Park, seperated by the water. "I have a dream on space" (The Ark of Soweto) new development, is the dream.
