Your hake and calamari meal (R89.90) has a small tub of tartar sauce... as advertised. But I was told I’d need to pay an extra R5 for that. Why did you include it if its not part of the meal? Also please educate your staff to speak properly to clients bcos it sounded like I’m the crazy one looking at what is advertised vs what I’m being charged. Disappointed

Had the worst customer experience, lights went out as I paying, my account was debited but the till didn't print my receipt, cashier wrote out a slip and passed it on, however at the collection counter didn't want to give me my order because there wasn't a slip and to top it off my food stood there for almost a 30 minutes they still had the nerve to give my order to another customer who came after me, and to top it all off I had to wait longer just to get my order, manager was not very helpful, very dismissive and theybstillurnt the food on top of it, sure as he'll not going back there

Fish aways is Fish always, I just had a light lunch there, which consists if a grilled take and Salad, for R40 it was not bad at all,

This is horrible. Delivery was supposed to be 19H50, latest 20H10. Now it's 20H50, the time keeps moving. It was supposed to be supper, now it's going to be midnight meal. I will be damned to order from you again!

One massive MR D order stops the whole shop from operating. 2 grillers at the back. 1 lady and manageress at the front. Not attending to customers not calling out orders. Delay on frying chips.

Fish is ok. The quality of the fish is not of the best. Tastes like fish cakes. If you put the combo you are left hungry
