Just spent a week on a cocktail course with Pablo. For me as a beginner it was an introduction to cocktails as I have never made cocktails before. The course was fantastic, very insightful, practical and informative. We covered everything I was hoping we will, learning not only about the history or in practice how to make the most popular cocktails, but most importantly the way of thinking. Why you do this that way and not the other way, what you can decide and change, how and why. I'm very happy I took the course as it was worth every penny.
