We were in the cave on Saturday. We took the bus from the museum and were taken to the vicinity of the cave. From where the bus leaves we go up, taking a short route of about 30 minutes. We made several stops along the way to take in the views. At these stops the guides told us a lot of things about the landscape of the area. Already in the cave we could see the geological forms and the guides explained to us the uses it had during the Neolithic. The cave itself is very interesting but so is the access road as well as the explanations received along the entire way. Worth!

A well-maintained path has some bad sections but in general you can climb well. The schedules are Saturday and Sunday. Spectacular cave, beautiful views of the valley, worth visiting and learning about the history of the place.

A very interesting cave, with a lot of history in a beautiful location with views of the valley, swamp and the Benicadell peak. The guided tour was very enjoyable, with very interesting comments both on the way up with the interpretation of the landscape and inside the cave, focused on the archaeological remains found and their geological characteristics. A highly recommended plan to spend a morning in the mountains.

Today we were able to enjoy and learn the history of the Cova de l'Or in Beniarrés, in a beautiful environment and with magnificent views. A guided tour led by Carlos and Elia, who have been exceptional. Totally recommended to spend a pleasant morning. Thank you very much Carlos and Elia.

Visitable cave together with a small interpretive museum of the cave and the people who inhabited it. The museum is in the town of Beniarrés, and from there with a guide you can go to the cave, which is in a mountain. It is advisable to call the museum to arrange a visit. Highly recommended.

If you are a nature lover and you are in the Beniarres area or surrounding areas, you cannot miss this natural place. Incredible views of the entire comtat and of course the Benicadell summit. To access the cave you only have a few specific months, exactly on March 16 the doors are open again, the town hall has a mini bus service to drop off visitors closer, I recommend that if you like the nature and walking that you do the entire route on foot.

I paid a visit to the interpretation center, where the information and artifacts are very well presented. The video is informative and interesting too. then up to the cave, the girls gave a very good welcome and are very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the place. Very good guides. I could feel how the place was not only a home for an extended family, but also how important it was to the wider community in the Neolithic period, as a sacred gathering place. I will definitely return to see the results of a new deeper excavation in the cave system in the fall of this year, with great enthusiasm. The countryside site is spectacular and the walk to the cave shows some stunning views, but the view from the lookout is incredible! and although the hike is only about 5 km from the car place, to the cave and down again, it is important to wear sensible hiking boots and above all you have to carry water, because you will not find anything to drink in the wild! ! [please excuse my Spanish, I am English!]

We went on Saturday in the second shift, the guide Carlos was waiting for us to explain the biodiversity of the surroundings and Elia the historian who described life very graphically to us at that time. At the town hall museum they explained to us what we were going to find up in the cave and gave us a canteen and a cap for the journey. We approached in a minibus and the climb to the cave was very short thanks to Carlos's explanations. Once in the cave, Elia explained to us on the spot the life of our ancestors. A very pleasant morning. Thank you Carlos and Elia.
