This is an amazing textile and interior shop. it sells some amazing artisanal fabrics and pieces for the home. Everything is made on the island and carefully curated by the owners and staff. The vibe is somewhere between old world rustic and modern contemporary home. And the show room has been beautifully laid out, with every detail carefully thought through. So it is a real shame about the level of service, the unhelpful and unfriendly staff with their rude and s&^$y attitudes to their customers. My wife and her sister spent north of €500 euros in one visit. When they got the merch back to their house they found one of the fabrics was damaged and tried to return it. Unfortunately the staff could not have been less helpful. They point blank refused to do an exchange. And when my sister in law asked them why they, assuming she did not speak Spanish, started talking about her, saying that she had a 'nerve' to question them?! When she replied to them in Spanish they simply walked off! It’s a real shame that a place that, so obviously trades on passing trade and tourist money, cannot get its act together on the customer service front. The two stars represents the quality of the products and the design of the shop. NOT the people who work their!

I'd give the product 5 stars but the service zero stars. This lady was so rude I refused to spend money with her. No acknowledgement on arrival and when I asked a question I was treated as a distraction. My wife was also treated in the same way. If you can't treat your customers with some civility you should not be in the retail business.

Long time customers, having spent a small fortune over the years on these beautiful fabrics, finally moving away to other producers in Lloseta and Santa Maria because of the extremely poor and uninterested customer service. Not even an 'Hello' upon entering the place. Treated more like a nuisance than a customer. Spend your money elsewhere.

Lovely fabrics. Staff most unpleasant and unhelpful. Unless you look like you are very wealthy, they are dismissive and uninterested. Definitely not interested in the riff-raff.

A real gem of a material store. Actually this is much, much more than a store, more of a lifestyle place. They have dozens of fabrics or every color, which they sell and also use to make a multitude of different household items. Friendly and helpful staff :-)

I cannot confirm the bad reviews regarding the friendliness of the staff. I just went there, bought some fabric, and had the best shopping experience. Very helpful and polite, and all in English (I unfortunately do not speak a word of Spanish… yet). I’ve come here multiple times and never had a bad experience. (And the products are outstanding anyway).

The shop is incredible, full of beautiful things made out of the typical Mallorcan cloth: "lenguas", tastefully displayed. You can book a visit to the workshop (3€ per person). So interesting and informative! Makes you realize how much time and work it takes to produce the cloth (and hence the price is totally justified).

After reading some of the reviews for this store, I was a little hesitant about going, but the lady there was very lovely. I purchased a few items but I loved everything in this shop. It’s fabulous and can’t wait to go again.
