I went for a lip infiltration with hyaluronic acid and it was very bad, it left one part thicker than the other, my mouth looked like that of a duck, when I went for the check-up my lips began to tighten as if my life depended on it to remove all the lumps he left me, I even cried from the pain. And that was all the solution he gave me. I had to spend more money at another clinic to have all the acid balls removed. I don't recommend it at all, it has no idea how to put on lips. Very bad professional!!

I bought a Groupon at the beginning of October, they gave me a cleaning date for the end of October, no problems. The day before they let me know that they won't be able to see me and they delay my appointment for a week, okay these things can happen. But what happened the following week... They told me again that they couldn't attend to me the day before either and they moved me again the following week. I tell them that it doesn't seem normal to me and that I am going to request a refund of the Groupon... their response is "I'm sorry." I suppose they will have too many clients to not take care of a possible future client. Obviously in this clinic I won't fix my mouth even if they give it to me as a gift.

The assistant who treated me was very kind, a shame that it was the only redeemable thing about the clinic. The doctor's attitude towards me was disgusting, as I was quite nervous, with very unempathetic and professional comments. I was not surprised to see that the majority of reviews here highlight the same thing (it has been proven that some of the good reviews here are professionals from the clinic itself, you just need to open LinkedIn and check the names). Run away from this clinic, it is not worth the bad time and unpleasant treatment.

Buy a coupon per group for hyaluronic acid on the lips. The acid has been applied outside my lips, which leaves two hard balls on my upper lip that are visible when I smile and speak. Dr. Ballester Ferrandis has been unpleasant and has refused to solve the problem. So I have asked for claim forms. He hasn't given me any solution other than to massage my lip myself and fix it myself. Which is what there is. It has been his response.
